The champ is here. 👑

With multiple kick-boxing titles already to her name, @tiger_cope_official is now preparing to step into the ring for her boxing debut.

Different discipline, same champion mindset. No doubt she’s going to make a serious statement. 🥊

A real pleasure to create these images with her 📸

🍂 AUTUMN & WINTER SELF-CARE 🍂

As the colder, darker months roll in, it’s more important than ever to take a little time for YOU. 🖤

Cold weather can leave our bodies feeling tight, stiff, tense and achy, while busy routines, stress and less movement can all take their toll.

✨ A massage is the perfect way to:
• Release built-up muscle tension
• Ease those winter aches and stiffness
• Improve circulation
• Help your body relax and recover
• Reduce stress and promote a better night’s sleep
• Give yourself some much-needed time to switch off

Don’t wait until your body is screaming for a break. Make massage part of your winter self-care routine. 🧡

Eat well. Sleep well. Get a massage. Repeat. 🔄

🌟HAPPY HAPPY SUNDAY TEAM🌟

So proud of our boys today at their first ever outing at the Aerokick BLCC 💪🔥☯️🏆❤️

A massive thank you for all of the support from the Yin Yang Fam in this crazy heat, it felt like it was about 32° in there today🥵💦
It was a great event from start to finish.

T'RELL & DMAX stepped into the ring for their debut bouts and totally smashed it.
We had a great result for T'RELL with a unanimous win against an older more experienced opponent.🏆🌟

After almost a 7.5 hour wait from weighing in... The final fight of the day was an excellent demonstration bout where our boy DMAX stepped in the ring against an experience 4th dan instructor and also a gold medalist at World level.
It was a brilliant closing bout of skills to end the day. DMAX's performance & composure was absolutely top tier against an opponent of such great calibre
We would like to thank the event organisers & staff on a smoothly run well executed event.

As you can imagine I am so proud of both our boys and grateful for the team support and spirit on the day. On to the next one 💪🏆🌟 by @tiger_cope_official
