Happy Rakshabandhan 🌟

Every year on this day, mom makes this coconut barfi. Nothing fancy, simple ingredients and lots of patience.

This year, I made a cheat version of it, but can assure you it tastes amazing and needs very less efforts.

Ingredients:
- 1 fresh coconut 🥥
- 150gms condensed milk
- 1 tsp of ghee (optional)
- Pinch of Cardamom powder (optional)
- Saffron soaked in milk (optional)
- Pistachio (optional)

Procedure:
- Grate fresh coconut and roast it till golden, a tsp of ghee can be added while roasting
- Once the coconut is well roasted, add condensed milk and cook well, with continuous stirring, till the mixture sticks to the ladle
- Flatten out when still hot, cut into pieces and let it come to room temperature

Cardamom, Kesar and dry fruits can be added as per choice 😄
