Show me another restaurant where you’re not just fed—but get a real-life kickabout too.
New definition of a sports bar. Loool.
Kick ups with clients, good food, good vibes…
We serve Pan-Asian and Premier League energy.

I used to see pain as the problem.
Now I see it as the portal.
Thank you @wearewomenofwealth for inviting me to speak on health, mindset, and the quiet power hidden in our struggles. Honoured to pour into a room full of rising leaders.

One Chip Challenge
The hardest part? Getting everyone to stick to the rules. 😅
They handled it better than expected…
But no one went all in like I did.
Whole chip. Barely a sweat.
Spice tried. I stayed composed.
Levels.

Bottle flip challenge: First to 3 wins.
If Kiara lost—she had to eat a knob of ginger.
If I lost—I had to take a full-power slap from her.
High stakes.
I came. I flipped. I conquered.
She got smoked. Pure destruction.
Even threw in a couple trick shots for style points.
She touched the ginger to her lip and ran like it was lava.
Pathetic… but adorable.

I do the face, you do the sound.
What could possibly go wrong?
Team chemistry: 10/10
Accuracy: …debatable.
Laughter levels: off the charts.

Chilli?? Don’t be silly…
Went head-to-head with one of our chefs in a Bird’s Eye chilli challenge.
He tapped out.
I kept it cool (externally).
Internally? Fireworks.
But a win’s a win.

Tried the “you sound like an owl” trick on the team.
Everyone: emotionally unavailable.
Finally got a “who” at the end. Felt like I won the lottery.

A birthday fit for a queen.
We dressed the space with extra elegance to celebrate the ever-graceful Sarai — a demure soul with a radiant presence.
Moments like these make MBER feel like home.

Almost got the whole high street playing ball today
World-class tekkers (heavy sarcasm) with the neighbours, footraces with the team, and even a kickboxing crash course from Kiara.
She claimed her shoes were slipping when I was winning the first race… so I gave her a head start. Nearly caught her. Nearly.
Sun was shining, vibes were high—exactly how we like it.
When the team’s energised, the whole place lights up. That’s the magic we bring to MBER.

Kick ups chaos at MBER!
1v1 vs Georgi turned into a full-blown tournament.
He kept winning so we had to rerun it… then Jamie (our sous chef!) dropped a casual 49 and humbled us both. Georgi came back with a mad 96.
Me? Got interrupted mid-game by some lovely pedestrians (thank you for the compliment… even if it cost me the W lol).
Took the L gracefully… but justice was served when they BOTH missed their red arse shots.
Moral of the story: always stretch before facing a chef in a football challenge.

The Ice, Lime & Straw Challenge!
Marusia and Vanessa had some wild telepathy going on — every time one scored, the other did too.
Had me sweating… but champions don’t fold.
Came back strong and took the W.
Call me the Cocktail King!

Battle of the Blades at MBER!
Head Chef Rich showed why he’s the boss – absolute domination.
Jay pulled off the comeback of the century (never count him out).
And Ramonte… let’s just say the onion wasn’t the only reason he was crying.
