Things I wish I knew when I started the gym 🤍 Results don’t happen overnight, they happen over time. Fitness is a rollercoaster; some days you love it, some days you hate it, but remembering your “why” keeps you going. A few things I’ve learned over the last 4 years: • Consistency matters more than intensity • Form matters more than heavy weights • Results take months, not weeks • Nutrition and sleep are just as important as training • Simple workouts work best • Everyone feels awkward at first • Motivation fades, habits keep you going • Stop comparing yourself to others After 4 years of training, I finally have the confidence to share this.🤍 Wearing @oneractive @krissycela #progress #transformation #gymgirl #fitnessjourney #fyp by @timeatatar.fit
