Goong Ob Woon Sen 🦐🍜🇹🇭
กุ้งอบวุ้นเส้น
Shrimp with Glass Noodles

Today I’ve got a hot guest in my kitchen @timmaiau 😂🔥 I knew he was back in BKK so of course I had to drag him into Salita’s Sizzle hahaha. His first time trying AND cooking Goong Ob Woon Sen… and yep, he said it was delicious! 🤌🏻🦐

Ingredients
- Shrimp
- Glass noodles
- Ginger
- Pork belly
- Coriander roots
- Black & white peppercorns
- Garlic
- Sesame oil

Seasoning
- Oyster sauce
- Light soy sauce
- Black pepper
- Dark soy sauce
- Water
- Sugar

Salita’s Tip 💡
