🎙️ A little behind-the-scenes peek at what's coming in Kink'd Magazine #005!

I just got back from Woodstock Meadows Nature Park where I was recording the DJ interview with @Tingvore (Zane) for our upcoming issue, Esoterica, Eroticized.

I'll be editing it down a bit, but today we went over 20-or-so questions that turned into about a 56 minute long recorded conversation about music, mysticism, and the creative process. There's plenty more to come from this conversation, but you'll have to wait until October 31 to read all about it! 🔮

And speaking of Woodstock Meadows...
Kink'd Studios will be back at the very same park this Sunday, October 11, for our open community photo shoot! 🌙

Come explore the woods and help us bring a little magic to the pages of our Halloween issue. Hope to see you on Sunday!

P.S. We've been featuring a different DJ in each issue of Kink'd Magazine and we're always looking for new artists to spotlight! If you're a DJ interested in being featured, or know someone whose music deserves a little extra attention, we'd love to hear from you, please send an email to Olly at hello@kinkdstudios.com

We’re starting early this time.

9PM → TIL THE WHEELS FALL OFF

With TVRGOR having to be postponed, we decided to fold it into this one and make the whole thing bigger.

The lineup has evolved along the way, and we’re excited to welcome BOSSPITALITY, a house DJ newly transplanted from Oregon, alongside MVN7IS + PABLØ.ZRØ.

It also feels like a good reminder of what we want High Society to contribute to this community.

A scene gets stronger when we make room for each other. For new artists finding their footing, for established artists and collectives crossing paths in new ways, and for connections that might not happen otherwise.

We want to create more of those opportunities: to meet, collaborate, share space, support each other, and keep pushing the scene forward together.

Official programming runs through 9AM.

After that, we’ll see what still has a pulse.

Earlier start. Longer haul. New connections.

Same room. Different animal. by @kinkdstudios

We threw a dance party in the park!!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to the park last Thursday to dance in the rain, hang out, play with bubbles, bask in the glory of a magnificent double rainbow, and spend the evening being a lil bit wild with us! 🌈 🌈

A huge thank you goes out to the people who helped make the whole thing happen:
@tingvore + @guiltystare for bringing the beats that kept us dancing!
And the biggest thank you to @lewisyenna for hosting and putting this together with me.

🫧 🎪 🫧

I brought the circus tent and a ridiculous amount of bubbles. You guys all brought the party. 🥳
I think we should do this again, don't you?

All my new music gets released on @subvertworld & Bandcamp, before it is distributed to the streaming service. Subvert is on an excellent mission, keeping control of our music in the hands of artists. It is artist and member owned and can never be sold to investors. Please check Subvert out and support the cause. I have new tunes out for you to find there. by @kinkdstudios
