💙A Message From My Heart to Yours💙
Dear beautiful community,
It is with a mix of emotions that I share some big news — I will be temporarily closing Tippaya Yoga Studio as I embark on a new chapter of my journey, moving from Thailand 🇹🇭 to Germany 🇩🇪✨
My last day teaching at the studio will be on 24th April — come join me on the mat one last time before I go! 🙏
This studio has been so much more than a space to practice. It has been a home, filled with your energy, your breath, and your growth. Every single one of you has touched my heart more than words can express. Thank you — from the bottom of my soul — for your trust, your dedication, and the beautiful community we have built together at Tippaya Yoga Studio. 💙
This is not a goodbye. I fully look forward to reuniting on the mat here in Thailand again one day soon. 🙏
In the meantime, please follow along on my social media as I continue my yoga journey in Germany. New landscapes, new inspiration — but the same love for this practice that brought us all together. 💫

With so much gratitude and love,
Tip, Tippaya Yoga Studio🪷 by @tippayayoga

🪑 Chair Yoga = Yoga for EVERYONE 💛

This practice can be as gentle or as challenging as YOU want it to be — all with just a chair!
✨ Why you’ll love it:
* Easy on your joints & body
* Great for beginners, seniors, or anyone with limited mobility
* Use the chair for support (easy mode) or for balance & deeper stretches (challenge mode!)

Same chair, endless possibilities. Whatever level you’re at, chair yoga meets you there 🌱
Who’s trying this with me? 🙋‍♀️

Stiffness in Neck & Shoulder? 🫩

Try to put the block under your chin for 1 minute. That’s help adjust your posture, stretching your neck and shoulders.

❗️Choose the hight of the block to fit your body requirements.

Being a yoga teacher isn’t just about the mat 🧘‍♀️
It’s teaching, filming, editing, learning — over and over again.

Every new skill I pick up is just another way of showing up for myself.
Growth doesn’t stop when class ends. ✨
