Love Yourself Girl (L.Y.G.) was born from the deepest part of me—my closest friend, the childhood version of myself who saw the world through a different lens. She was that little girl who found positivity in every corner and had a heart full of grace for everyone, even herself. This little girl in me is still healing every day, and it was in this very healing journey, especially during my darkest season, that I hit rock bottom. It was there, in that place of brokenness, that I discovered the love of my Creator. His unconditional love for me became the perfect example of how I should truly love myself.

Through my trials, tribulations, and challenges, I learned that “words of affirmations”—or “Lovefirmations” as I call them—was my primary love language. They became the constant fuel I needed to show up as my best self daily. Every post, every mantra you see from L.Y.G. consists of words I use to be authentically me each day.

L.Y.G. is the beautiful result of this journey. It’s a reminder to hold up the mirror and embrace self-love, not in spite of our flaws, insecurities, and imperfections, but precisely because they make us human—they make us uniquely us.

Welcome to L.Y.G., welcome to my inner thoughts, and welcome to the fuel that keeps me going. Here, I remind myself and other women that “Even on your hardest day… Love Yourself Girl!” It’s here to inspire, empower, and encourage every woman to love herself the way God intended: fully, deeply, and unconditionally.

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, I’m taking the opportunity to reflect on what giving God my YES looks like!

In 2025, I handed over my pen and allowed the true Author and Finisher to write my history!

Through this journey, I’ve learned that I’m exactly who I think I am because I know WHO walks with me into every room I enter.

No longer looking for validation from the wrong audience, because He’s already given me His chosen one...

• February 2025: Launched @lyg_girl

• July 2025: Became a low-content author with the @lyg_girl stationery line

• February 2026: @puc_lifecoaching birthed and bloomed

Grateful & Humble for the opportunity to be a chosen vessel!

This season of growth is still new for me, and at times it’s even scary to lean into the unfamiliar.

But the biggest lesson I’ve learned is: “Even in your fear, do it ANYWAY!”

“My fears are what make my testimony REAL!”

~ Forever TISH in BLOOM 🌸🌸
