Just a quickie ๐ŸคญWIP Set aside another hour today to see where I can end up with this one. This has made me feel like I might want to paint some Trench Crusade - I feel like the vibes are similar ๐Ÿค” Model was gifted by @bigbearminis in a care package not a business sort of transaction ๐Ÿ’œ Brooshes: @tesseractminis Paints: @ionicsmarthobbies & @kimera_models by @tizpaints
Huge thank you to @the_iron_thistle and @grave.forge I was luckily to win a giveaway for sending in some feedback about The Iron Thistle event - basically it was fantastic and Iโ€™m looking forward to attending next year! (They will get bonus points if karaoke occurs at any point across the weekend) #theironthistle2026 #graveforgebrushes #miniaturepainting #paintingminiatures #minipaintingcomps by @tizpaints
Not built a scene for a long time and really enjoying this. Thank you @bigbearminis for the gift of the @miniscape.studio scenic base, it is perfect! Plan is to blend all of these elements together with cork, scatter scenery and texture paste and maybe even make some tarpaulin elements. #miniaturepainting #miniscapestudio #storytelling #loverobots #paintingminiatures by @tizpaints
โ€˜Iโ€™m not asking you to use my faceโ€™ Oh why am I like this ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ FFS sorry! Anyway now Iโ€™m like 2 paid gig into my reading stuff for people journey I thought Iโ€™d remind you that I can also read stuff for you! If you would like that ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป #readingasmr #voiceover #iliketoreadstuff #dontusemyface #iwillreadforyou by @tizpaints
Me doing a couple of talky bits ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป itโ€™s been a lot of fun voicing some short speeches and one liners for a friends Necromunda Campaign AND doing a short excerpt from @taylorpublications recently published book Fraser Manor ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ This is just recording of a recording on my shitty old phone - they get way better versions I promise ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ #audiobooks #voicework #necromunda #asmr by @tizpaints
Limited as no lights today but I have started to build and work out this piece that Iโ€™m doing for Warren @amber_works_studios The sleep pod is going to be up on a concrete pillar type thing and more texture and variation across the base will be added. Those of you with eagle eyes might have spotted my repurposed junkyard panel from @taromodelmaker - itโ€™s got so many lovely little details I think it will work really well here to add interest to the ground - I might chunk it up as spread it out across the whole surface though ๐Ÿค” #miniatureart #initialideas #miniaturepainting #paintingminiatures #robotsarecool by @tizpaints
It is spooky season (my favourite time of year) so have a few past Tiz Halloween get ups along side my current ongoing projects ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ Very excited for all of these in very different ways and am rather frustrated that I have not managed any hobby for a few weeks after picking up a fucking awful flu type bug. What are you all working on or excited for? #halloween #miniaturepainting #bustpainting (yes that โ€˜bustโ€™ was painted green quite a way down, Iโ€™m very committed to an overall look ๐Ÿคฃ) #paintingminiatures #miniatureart by @tizpaints

What an amazing first @the_iron_thistle! Really well thought out event that is going to need to be a staple in the painting comp calendar. Not the easiest of days as I was grieving a family loss but my heart is full because of the passion and talent on show. Thank you to all those who checked on me or offered kind words when this random bint started crying every now and again ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ Headed into Edinburgh after for an evening with old friends and got to enjoy a cocktail and stroke a pussy ๐Ÿ’œ good times #ironthistle2026 #paintingcomps #strokingpussy #cocktailsbitches #artinnit by @tizpaints

And what a weekend I have had! Two, one day workshops with @tesseractminis organised by @risingapeminis Great venue, wonderful people and I feel like I have come away with clarity about how to actually sort some of the key bits of feedback Iโ€™ve been getting about my projects. Due to pain levels I had to dip out from todayโ€™s workshop early which is why the red guy has less done on him. Resting now but excited to apply what I have learned ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ #minipainting #paintingbusts #learningiscool #bustpainting #paintingworkshop by @tizpaints
We are so close to having all the helmets and heads back and we cannot wait to show off the full case and start the charity giveaway. These fantastic looking Raptors space marines were kindly painted up by @petethewargamer and they look absolutely stunning. #spacemarines #raptorschapter #warhammer by @tizpaints
