This year I took a huge leap of faith and really leaned into my love for planning by stepping into event planning. I didn’t know anyone who had done this before, had no connections, and no word-of-mouth referrals. I started from the ground up, slowly connecting with vendors who eventually connected me with clients and the rest is history.
It definitely wasn’t easy. I trusted people to mentor me and ended up being used. I made mistakes. I was taken for granted because I was new. I gave my all just to have clients tell me I disappointed them. I’ve been belittled, overwhelmed, and worked events where I honestly had no idea what I was doing.
But I learned so much.
I’ve had the opportunity to connect with amazing and influential clients throughout Nashville and build solid relationships with vendors. I haven’t had one bad vendor experience yet (hopefully it stays that way lol).
I truly thank God for putting me in the right places at the right times. This year I’ve coordinated conferences, expos, weddings, parties, and baby showers, and I’m planning to go even bigger next year.
I’m still learning, still growing, and really excited for what’s next.

Made it a habit to track my steps per event and this one hit a whopping 17k steps! Every single step was worth it. Such a beautiful celebration, and I feel so blessed to work alongside amazing vendors and wonderful families.

Each event teaches me something new, helping me grow and improve. I’m beyond grateful to everyone who helped make this day so special, truly couldn’t have done it without you! 💛 May God Bless the new Couple
