Join us for a special Kirtan in memory of Bhaja Jaya

Immerse yourself in an evening of soulful chanting, uplifting music, and heart-opening connection at our Kirtan Concert. This sacred gathering blends ancient Sanskrit mantras with modern melodies, creating a space where voices unite in devotion and joy.

Led by talented musicians and kirtan leaders, Dana Kaplan, Mirabai Moon, and Jordan Loder, this concert invites you to sing, clap, sway, or simply listen as waves of sound carry you into a meditative, blissful state. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to share in the collective energy.

Expect an atmosphere filled with warmth, community, and spiritual upliftment, where music becomes a bridge between the mind and the soul. Together, we’ll celebrate love, peace, and the timeless power of mantra.

When: Friday, January 9th, from 7 - 9 pm

Where: The Urban Ashram

About our kirtan leaders:

A soulful, beautiful transmission of the Divine…Mirabai Moon offers a passionate embrace of the Divine Essence right here, right now... in your embodied, human form, just as you are. Her music and workshop offerings guide participants into experiences of deep healing and unconditional love through Bhakti Yoga practices. Find her on all streaming platforms and at www.MysticalKirtan.com

Dana blends ancient Eastern mantras with the soul of Western music—think pop, rock, and a whole lot of heart. An accomplished yoga teacher, vocalist, and Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, Dana brings over a decade of experience and a contagious joy to every chant circle. Her unique sound and vibrant presence create a deeply moving, playful, and powerfully healing experience. www.YogaYouSmile.com

Jordan brings a unique combination of emotional depth, raw vulnerability, and lighthearted humor to his immersive mantra-based offerings. Not as a performer above the crowd, but as a fellow traveler sharing the ride, lost in wild abandon to the divine. His kirtan sessions incorporate both Buddhist and Sanskrit mantras, with a focus on forgiveness, gratitude, compassion, and the Divine Mother. www.JordanLo by @tobringdevotion
