Most people show up to an apartment viewing with a list of questions — but there are a few things worth checking that most renters never think to do. 👀

One of the best tips? Bring a small appliance or lamp to test the electrical outlets in every room. 🔌💡 Another? Check your cell reception right there on the spot — most people don't think about it until it's too late.

If want more tips or to schedule a viewing, don't hesitate to reach out. 📲 by @todd.mahovlich
