HEALING WITH THE HOMIES IN THE EAST COAST 💗

A lot of my practice highlights for you to come as you are. Healing is a process and it doesn’t start with dismantling what you know and what you’re used to. It starts with understanding who you are and empowering what you bring to your community!

Our short trip was filled with so much love and I’m so glad I got to hold space for some of my loved ones. Thank you for choosing me to be a part of your journey 🫶 NYC/JC will always be our second home, so if we didn’t connect this past week, we’ll be back! Until then, I am still providing virtual sessions and in person sessions here in the Bay Area. Calendly in my link ✨ by @toetalk

The time has come! Details will be on my stories and highlights. THANK YOU EVERYONE for your patience and support. Can’t wait to meet you💕 by @toetalk

Reiki saved me. 🤍

While living in New York, I had a moment where I was losing sight of myself and all I yearned for was clarity and stillness in my routine. Is everything I’m doing worth it?

I used to pride myself in being busy and resilient. I worked three jobs, was going to school, working on my fitness and still maintained a social life. I ended my nights exhausted and woke up every morning in shock. I was burnt out.

While in a dark place my friend introduced me to reiki. At this point, I was open to any sort of healing. After my first session, It was then I had my spiritual awakening. I continued going on a biweekly basis and learned how to let go of energies and thoughts that no longer served me. I learned how to accept my emotions and how to work through it.

I remember my reiki practitioner told me, “you have a bright light of energy, protect it because people are attracted to your light and some may try to dim it.” I carried that with me everywhere!

Eventually, I wanted to learn how to do reiki so I can practice healing myself and learn how to protect my light. I got certified and was confirmed by my reiki master @natashanirvana that I am very intuitive. I then felt called to share my gifts with my community because I know I’m not alone in this journey that sometimes feels dark and everyone deserves to find their light like I did.

✨Through my in person reiki session, we can start surfacing any stagnant or chaotic energy to provide you with the clarity and overall emotional well-being you have been yearning for. Dm me “i’m ready,” and we can book your session.

💗I understand and respect your financial situation which is why all my services are priced on a sliding scale. Everyone deserves self care and healing services and I strive to make sure my services are accessible to those who need it. 💗

Sending love, light, and hugs to those who are having trouble living life at the moment. You are not alone, and I’ll be here whenever you’re ready 💖 by @toetalk

Our lil sis is married 🥹 Fun fact: Khristina is my only full sibling out of the whole bunch. So we had the privilege of having our blended family come together to celebrate and a time was had! Khristina, I’m so lucky to witness you hit another milestone! Congratulations to both you and Kevin here’s to more love and a bigger family! Love you both 💗 by @toetalk

Life update: We got priced out of our beautiful apartment and moved 🥲 Nic and I spent the holidays packing, cleaning, and working and honestly, as an adult: 0/10 recommend lol. If you can, GET MOVERS
.
.
Anyway, my depression has been hanging out since October so the big change and the busy work gave me so many mixed feelings. I spent some time grieving while we said goodbye to our apartment, got rid/gave away a lot of our furniture and most of my plants 😭
.
.
But I also spent some time celebrating! We live in a house that allows us to save money with more space and we’re living with our people who we already have so much fun with. Literally living together has been nothing but eating good and vibes lol After a busy and lowkey emotional Q3&Q4 I’ll be rebuilding my spark ✨

If you are interested or curious about my reiki services, DM me and we can plan. As of right now I am not taking any clients. by @toetalk

Season 2 recap🫡
.
.
.
This past season was filled with so much growth🌱 I really got to apply what I initially learned and made it MINE. I was intentional on how I did my work, how I showed up, and how I found balance. So much learning about myself, the sport, my team, and the overall organization. I’m very thankful for the growing pains, the life lessons, and all the fun that came with it. Season 3 premier tomorrow y’all! See you at the game 😘 by @toetalk
