Frank celebrates the 60th anniversary of the premiere of the original version of "Hollywood Squares" (October 17, 1966), accompanied by TOM BERGERON and DAVE BOONE, host and head writer of the 1990s reboot. In this loose and laugh-filled conversation, the boys share their favorite moments and stars from the 1966-1980 edition, while Tom and Dave reflect on hosting and writing over 1,000 episodes of the 1998-2004 version. Also in this episode, Greta Garbo sends Paul Lynde a fan letter, Karen Valentine gets assigned to the "lox box," Dave hangs with Adam West during "Dynamic Duos Week," and Tom and Peter Marshall swap roles as host and center square. A year ago, @tombergeron walked into @thehaverhillstudio and gave me a very specific photography challenge. 😂

Right at the beginning of our session, he looked at me and explained that whenever he’s on the red carpet, looking at the photographers and smiling makes him look like he’s about to pass a kidney stone.

Well, that wasn’t on my shot list.

Tom, I have to say—I’m glad I didn’t get that reaction out of you during our session. And I have the photos to prove it. 😉

Photographing him for his Hometown Headshots project was such a highlight: bringing a Haverhill native back to his roots, with a nod to @whavradio days where his career began.

Looking back at these images, I still love how much of his personality comes through.

I’m excited for Tom’s next big project, Family Tree! Created by Tom and Will Shatner, who are also set to star and executive-produce alongside executive producer Nat Bernstein, the film is directed by @marlasokoloff and co-written by Marla and @katieamandakeane , with Lauren Elizabeth Harris’s Pathway Pictures producing. Quite the team!

Tom, maybe we’re due for another photoshoot for this next chapter?

Same sense of humor. Same commitment to avoiding the red-carpet face. 📸

Went to an early, somewhat underpopulated screening for @diggerthemovie, which I’ve renamed Mission:Interminable. Apart from an impressive and layered performance by Tom Cruise, the film takes a very long time to get to an obvious, and oft-told destination. Ratings wise, I give it 2 out of 5 Junior Mints. by @therealalfonsoribeiro
