You don’t have to overhaul your entire life before the new year. Start cleaning up your routine with a few changes you can repeat:

1. Take a 10-minute walk after a meal.
2. Drink a glass of water with your morning coffee.
3. Add a fruit or vegetable to one meal a day.
4. Put your workouts on your calendar.
5. Have a 5-minute version of your workout for busy days.
6. Put your phone away 15 minutes before bed.
7. Spend 5 minutes resetting one space each evening.
8. Pick tomorrow’s top priority before you go to sleep.
9. Pause before saying yes. Check your capacity first.
10. When you miss a day, restart at the next opportunity.

Pick ONE to practice this week. Give it time to become part of your routine before adding more.

Are you abusing the studio drywall to get into your forearm balance? 🤣

What happens when you build a stronger core?

You find more control.
More stability.
A deeper connection to your body.

Feel the difference in how you move. ✨

Being the instructor doesn’t mean I stop being the beginner🤎

Tried anti-gravity yoga at @true_definition_yoga and gave myself permission to figure it out along the way.

That’s why I love working with beginners—I know how loud your thoughts can get before you try something new. But you don’t have to be good to start. You get better by showing up.

Been overthinking your first Pilates session? Come move with me. Tap the link in my bio to book a class or private session @lumiflowpilates #fitnessmotivation #antigravityfitness by @tonewithjazz
