Proud is an understatement... Watching my twinn @justice444all aka Yung Fresh ta Def doing what he loves to do is so dope... It started with him dancing at the Hornets games when I was hosting em and he kept going...
CATCH him on the @akeem__ali tour showing his suave...myyyyy man (in my best Frank Lucas voice) #swipeleft⬅️

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of attending an amazing Couples Retreat thoughtfully put together by @justjacinda & @flytyonair and it was a beautiful experience!!

We prayed together, played together, participated in couples activities, cooked for each other, laughed, danced, bonded, and most importantly, made intentional time to reconnect. From the beautiful accommodations to the carefully selected gift bags for each couple, EVERY detail was so thoughtfully planned. You could truly feel the love and intention behind it all.

𝑻𝑯𝑨𝑵𝑲 𝒀𝑶𝑼 @justjacinda & @flytyonair for pouring into other couples and creating a space for us to reset, reflect, and reconnect. We love and appreciate you both! ❤️

Happy Borndate Mom… 💙🎂

You would have been 94 today… WOW...

I found these pictures this morning while looking through a box, and it just made me sit back and smile. I started thinking about how I wish I could hear your voice one more time say TONY...!

So today I'll make to laugh a lot, bump some of your favorite songs and I'm even going to make you a cake...😁

Happy Heavenly Birthday Mom…🎂
Love you always… 💙May Allah be pleased with you...🤲🏾

Last night was DOPE!

I just want to take a minute to say THANK YOU to everybody who came out to Grown Conversations last night and showed us so much love and GOOD ENERGY!

A special shout-out to the @cityvibes7200 staff and team (Brandy, Bree, the GM auntie and my man fiddy grand @chefogdumar ). We truly appreciate you opening your doors and allowing us to do what we do.

And to everybody who pulled up, sat down, laughed, shared, listened, agreed to disagree 😂 and just came with an open mind and good energy — THANK YOU! That’s what Grown Conversations is all about.

We’re moving this conversation around the city, and last night was another reminder of why we started this in the first place.
We appreciate y’all more than you know. ❤️

Until the next one… keep the conversations going, keep the energy right, and we’ll see y’all next month! 🔥 by @tonexcomedy

#GROWNCONVERSATIONS 🗣️🎙️ was a whole vibe! We laughed, we shared, we talked about some GROWN topics, and people spoke their truth!

#GrownConversations are about no judgment, no pretending. Just a space to connect, learn, listen, and maybe walk away with a different perspective… or even more confident in the one you came with. Thank you to everyone who showed up, spoke up, laughed with us, and had a Grown Conversation with us at @cityvibes7200 !
