Designed to frame the valley like artwork — with steel windows, vaulted wood ceilings, layered neutrals, and views that change by the hour. Every line in this space was intentional.

This will forever be one of my favorite spaces we created.

We love a fully paneled fridge + freezer moment and an oversized island!

Where old-world soul meets everyday function.

The heart of the kitchen anchored by our black and brass ILVE range, wrapped in warm marble, creamy custom cabinetry, and a reclaimed timber hood beam that feels like it has lived a hundred lives. Copper accents, collected pieces, and open shelving keep it layered, lived-in, and personal.

I wanted this space to feel elevated but never precious — timeless materials, quiet luxury, and a place where real life actually happens. ✨

The house was always meant to be the moment.

Warm, grounded, and intentional — design that holds its own without relying on the view.

Golden hour hits different out here ✨

We designed this outdoor space to feel like an extension of the home—effortless, warm, and quietly elevated. Gravel underfoot, soft layers of neutral textures, and a dining moment that invites you to slow down and stay awhile.

The real star? That uninterrupted view of the valley and rolling mountains—constantly changing, always grounding.

Every detail was intentional but never overdone… just enough to let the landscape do the talking.

the prettiest little tiny house there ever was! by @toomey_interiors

Our diamond in the rough😍

Chase and I can’t wait to begin the renovation process of the interior, but we’ll have to wait some time for permits.

For now, we will focus on landscaping along with designing how we want everything look inside! Can’t wait to share what we do to shine her up!! 💫 by @toomey_interiors
