A week later and still speechless! Can’t thank all our family and friends enough for the endless love, prayers, gifts, laughter and joy that they bought to us while celebrating our Malia and my beautifully pregnant wife @imani_staton ! 🎊❤️

I could not go on further if I didn’t thank my parents and in-laws, my sisters @ajaenyomi @cydneyss @mi_amorr @laurengottschalk_ and my amazing cousin @supermodel_k (@kluxuryeventsdesign officially) ❤️ you all did a tremendous job and I can’t wait to show Malia when she gets older!!!

To my wife ~ you are the true essence of beauty, strength and perseverance. Watching you every day during this journey has been nothing short of special and amazing! I’m honored to be your husband and Malias daddy, I love you baby!

#MarathonMonday shout out to my brotha @julz229 for getting me to sign up for this! Funny story, I actually wanted to do it last year and was too scared, now we here we are a year later and this was my fifth half marathon (not including the two full marathons!) The world has a way of making you do the things you’re afraid of!

None of this is complete without my wifey ❤️ and my baby girl! Love my girls!!! Thank you for all of the cheer, support and food 😊 yall are my world! 🌎

This felt so much more redemptive after being beaten down by the La Marathon (+ that heat!). When things get hard, i find that it’s super important to get back on the horse, and that’s what Sunday was about!

Another training block completed. Another race down ✅

So thankful for my wife @imani_staton and the endless support she provides during this journey. By far, my toughest training for my toughest event! Thank you for your love, leg rubs and amazing dinners 😊 this isn’t happening without you! ❤️ Running 5 miles to the finish line was unexpected but never unappreciated 😂 love you wifey!

To my daughter, Malia, you are my constant motivation! I can’t wait for the day that we can do these together!

To my coach sister @cydneyss and my mom, thank you for everything, from the powerades to the Tylenol 😂 love you guys! 🤎

Jake, my little cousin, you killed it on the tee’s! Love you brotha! 💪🏾

And to my friends and family, thank you for all the support, whether phone calls or texts, you don’t know how much I appreciate it!

Been really struggling this winter with motivation. The freezing cold, snow and everything else that comes with a northern winter has definitely drained me! As I get further into this grind, I’ve found that having a purpose will help you surpass all other distractions.

I’m super grateful for the running groups and races like this! Despite showing up 5 minutes late (IYKYK 😂) and not stretching a bit, I’m happy to get thru another 13.1 miles!!

The hills are real but I’m slowly recovering! @lamarathon on March 8th, let’s get it!!! 💪🏾

🏁The Rocky Run was the perfect way to close out my 2025 season. 13.1 miles separated by a fast 5k and a hilly 10 mile run. But this one wasn’t about pace (even though I had a few goals in mind)…it was about gratitude. I’m so thankful for my wife and her endless support, my baby girl and all the motivation she brings me, my family, and everyone who supports my very crazy journey and endeavors. ❤️ 💪🏾

26.2 miles that tested everything I had. 🎽🏁

The last three months were the hardest training block I’ve ever put myself through 💪 over 300 miles, double sessions, late night runs and legs that never seemed fresh. Every mile was a lesson in discipline, patience and grit.

I couldn’t have done this without my people, my wife, my daughter, my mom and dad, and my little sister who coached me, encouraged me, and believed in me every step of the way. And to all my family and friends who came down to Atlantic City to cheer me on 🔥 Your support carried me through the toughest race I’ve ever run.
