The funny cosplayer who is usually with the Touhou Road Shou ♡; Based out of Hampton Roads, VA
I handsew most of my stuff.
Next Con: Nekocon

POSTS STORIES REELS

Enterprise Catapult shaping up. Yes I know in the art she has the cable holder loops on the outside, this was easier to work with and have it look good.
String I plan to just use yarn so I can take it off for prop checks and cons that don't allow any strung bows (even useless ones)
I'll have the other limb sanded tonight. Then it's priming and paint time.

Getting my dogs into Cosplay for Halloween.
I plan to hand out candy in Lace so Rigel and Stella get to be Fleas and help.

So what's next after Lace?

Hand painting details. Yes there's going to be bead work. My goal is to have this done for Neko though I intend to compete with Keine.

As someone who's grown up next to and still lives next to these ships. Only felt right for one of my #Cosplay projects to be a love letter to them.

I cannot escape the ships. by @topazcosplay

Went to Bug-Quest with my Lace Cosplay and took home a Silksong win. It was nice to see local Cosplay friends again too.
I'll have more pictures up this coming week.

See you all soon at Nekocon ♡

Tengus in the city. Like pigeons but worse!

Saturday evening, no I did not walk the con in the 4 inch murder shoes. We had a ton of fun even though it was SUPER humid.

Wings broke shortly after. Oh well they were cheap bought ones so I'll just have to stop being lazy and actually make a set. Goal will be 2 magnetic ones that I can pack for travel, these ones didn't travel well at all.

Hopefully the tags work right otherwise I'll stealth edit this to make sure everyone gets their love. Huge shout out to Asi for the Photography this weekend. ❤️

Let me tell you a story as we go down the river, try not to dwell that your turn is next.

First batch of Otakon pics.
Ty @jigokuu_ka for these(yell at me if I'm wrong and I'll update this) Asi took more but has over 1000 pictures to sort through.

Cosplay is a bought modified and the outfit I actually learned to sew with. Scythe was both me and my wife's handiwork. It's pvc pipe and foam, breaks up into 4 pieces for storage. Coin bag jingles...its full of dice to keep it light weight and not overly annoying...plus I can make gambling and dnd jokes with it.

Got Yuiman done enough to be used. Still have a lot of work to do on the ribbons but I'm happy with the base dress and it's by FAR my most comfortable cosplay currently.

The casual Ariya is a friend, same who did Toyohime with my Yorihime and prefers to not have their name on my posts.

Y'all mind if I do a little Fumo posting?
I put my fancy hat on her. Found her at Anime Boston this year and promptly got her a little Chesapeake Bay crab. Gotta do the region proud

Nightmare Fluff Rotation!

So after 3 years of this rig being used at cons it finally snapped on me while at Animazement. 9ga steel has a limit and I found it. I did anticipate this at least with numbering the parts so I can pop the seam, fix it, deep clean the floof, then stitch it back up for another 3 years of being put through the gauntlet.

I loofah-ed the internal foam to keep the weight down.
This thing will be back up and running by the end of the day.

Through the ebb and flow of history itself. I will protect them.
Keine is one of those characters that needs more love. Some day she'll be playable... maybe
She did just get a Fumo
