Prioritize your Marriage.
Your kids will grow up, parents will pass away, friends will come and go.
In the end it’s just the two of you.

At 47 years old, I’m not interested in just talking about health, wellness and fitness. I’m committed to living it every single day and the InBody scan numbers today show the hard work is paying off.

It’s about challenging myself to become 1% better every single day.

My goal hasn’t changed, my commitment is to staying sober, strong and healthy. The future is very bright! by @topshelfmofo

For me, living a better life means prioritizing my physical health, mental well-being, sobriety, faith, and family.

Sometimes, you need to step away from the noise, get outside, clear your head, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Blessed and Grateful to finish my 2nd Sober October stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my entire life. by @topshelfmofo

Friday November 29th 2024 after Happy Hour beers, I made the decision to stop living on autopilot and start taking full responsibility for my health, my future, my faith, and my family.

Here I am today 700 days later.
No alcohol.
No drugs.
No nicotine.
Just discipline, hard work, faith, fitness, and personal accountability.

I’m not saying the journey is easy. I’m saying sobriety is a gift that keeps giving back. The future is very bright! by @topshelfmofo

If you are serious about personal growth, be serious about accountability. If you are serious about abundance, be serious about gratitude. If you are serious about intimacy, be serious about vulnerability.
If you are serious about discipline, be serious about delayed gratification.

Everything changes when you realize that the best version of yourself is not a future version, but a daily choice.

Keep your faith strong and trust Gods plan. by @topshelfmofo

After 20+ years working my way through the ranks on the drilling rigs, I’ve learned that success in the oil patch takes more than technical skills. It takes discipline, teamwork, accountability, and trust in the people standing beside you.

To everyone working away from home, working long hours, and keeping the drilling rigs turning: respect. Your hard work and sacrifices matter. by @topshelfmofo

At 47 years old, being sober, strong and healthy is the foundation of everything I want to accomplish in life. The goal isn’t perfection it’s daily progress, longevity, and building a body and mindset that will serve me for decades to come.

The holidays came and went. The discipline stayed.

October 12th is all about celebrating YOU, my Queen!

You are so much more than the beautiful young woman I fell in love with in Victoria BC. You are strong, passionate, resilient, loving, and a woman who deserves to feel cherished, appreciated, respected, and loved every single day.

Marriage isn’t about finding someone perfect. It’s about choosing each other, growing together, working through the hard days, celebrating the good ones, and continuing to build something meaningful with love, faith, honesty, and commitment.

I love you more than words can ever fully express, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to keep loving you, learning with you, and building a beautiful life together.

Happy Birthday, Celeste! 🙏❤️👑😍
