☆ Meet the artists soundtracking our biggest rave yet this Friday ☆ ⇧ UPSTAIRS ⇧ International powerhouse BRAVA (@untalasalsa) takes the reins with a fiery, vocal-driven performance anchoring a set ranging from dripping dembow and Miami bass to the craziest footwork and ghettotech. This high-voltage assault is flanked by Ruby Cube (@icu.ruby) from @digitaldreamgeneration, and our own residents @tosui_of_97 and nea.cuajo (@aarvr), guaranteeing unrelenting bass with weight, broken structures, and sweat-slicked euphoria. ⇩ DOWNSTAIRS ⇩ We explore the more psychedelic and darker side of Proper Pull. Copenhagen’s DJ IBON (@dogdream_10.000) commands the room with his fearless sound and productions ranging a broad spectrum of hard dance full of sacred melodies, cold psychedelia and a heavy artillery of sounds. Matching his relentless stride are DJ Fairytail (@kruegerlara) b2b snackbites (@tzzzzz1011000110101110011) from @spl1nter.cell keeping you locked in until the early hours, and @erla.sleeps b2b @yung_jacop engineering a deep, sonically rich trip for the opening. ⇨ Come rave with us – Ticket link in bio! ⇦ by @tosui_of_97

Last weekend we started a new set series on soundcloud where we introduce all our own DJ members to you - something we call 'Proper Residents'. First up is @tosui_of_97: The word tōsui stands for euphoria. Our collective member Tōsui chose this name because he feels this emotion when dancing at a rave or discovering new sounds and music. With his DJ sets, he wants to bring this feeling to the dance floor. His sets are musically very diverse, with a focus on Breakbeats, Jungle, Latin American club music such as Dembow or Baile Funk, and generally bass-heavy music. In this mix, he gives us a little taste of this diverse sound. by @tosui_of_97

Metro Station 30 - Tōsui @tosui_of_97 is a Leipzig based DJ and member of the collective @properpullposse. Besides hosting events together with his crew in renowned Techno clubs and smaller venues in and around Leipzig he has been DJing for nearly 5 years. Within this time he never liked to limit himself to just one or a few genres which led to a very diverse sound of his DJ-sets. Between cheesy housy Tunes and energetic Trance or Jungle nearly every electronic Genre is possible so every set is a little surprise bag. For this Metro Station Tōsui is serving a more energetic mix between Jungle, Trance and Latinx influenced Techno. So fasten your seatbelts and prepare for a wild ride. 📸: @shinyypebble by @tosui_of_97
