Both pairs are made to a size 12 in the pattern with no adjustments or alterations

My first pair (green) are made with a queen sized linen bedsheet from Quince

My second pair (brown/blue) are made with an athletic fabric (Polyester Softshell, 3-Layer Outdoor Apparel Fabric) from @fibersnob.sr

For the second pair I ordered 1 yard of the light blue and 2.5 yards of the brown/taupe.

Sharing my fall/winter knitting plans which will span from now through February/March

I’m not looking to get everything on this list made or even started but to rather use this as a guiding point for my works this winter

1. Kytice Vest by Klára Pushin
2. Calamondin by Audrey Borrego
3. Sandok Cable Sweater by Tuva Sandok
4. Pottery Half Mittens by Liselott Daun
5. Isabel Top by The Knit Purl Girl

I’ve got the yarn for most of these items and I’m focused on using what I have on my shelves. That doesn’t mean I won’t go buy more yarn (I’ll need to get my hands on that Beatrix for the Sandok Cable sweater of course!)

What do your knitting plans look like this winter?

Just finished my test knit of the Gooey Headband for @9143syarnstuff

This is a reversible knitted headband that uses fingering weight yarn and an elastic thread for stretchiness

You learn a special stitch to achieve the doughy texture that gives this headband its special characteristics

Super fun and now I’m knitting it in pink and brown! by @totally_stitchcraft

There are exactly 100 days between May 15, 2026 and August 23, 2026. 100 days to knit and finish a cardigan.

This project began with a work trip to Boston, where I purchased the yarn. Came back to my home in Utah. Traveled with me to India and Singapore. And came to many nights at Yarn Club with my friends.

And now….. now it’s done

And I’m sad and also happy by @totally_stitchcraft
