Welcome to Total Package Consulting! For those who may be new here, I’m Paula Montgomery Swindle. I had the honor of serving as Miss Arkansas Teen USA 1991 and Miss Arkansas 1995. I experienced firsthand the opportunities these organizations provide, and established this business to give back to the programs that shaped my journey and to help others achieve their fullest potential.

For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of doing what I love—guiding and mentoring young women as they pursue their goals and achieve success at the local, state, and national levels.
It is an honor to continue this work through both in-person and virtual coaching, helping each client develop the skills, confidence, and presence needed to excel.

My greatest desire is for every client to feel supported, encouraged, and empowered throughout their journey. By providing personalized guidance and genuine investment in their success, I strive to help them grow not only as competitors, but as confident leaders prepared to make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.

I would love the chance to work with you! Message me to schedule a session! 👑♥️✨ by @totalpackageconsulting

I am in literal tears as I write this. This young lady is a warrior in ever since of the word. Less than a year ago, she was in a wheelchair planning on navigating a rhinestone walker! But GOD! Miracles do happen and they happened for this young lady. Lovingly referred to as SSS or triple S I have known her for most of her life. When she was little and people would ask her who her BFF was, she would say, Miss Paula! I'm not only honored to be your friend and your Coach, but more importantly your sister in Christ. I love you and I'm beyond excited to watch all of your dreams come true. @spreadingsunshinewithsusie by @totalpackageconsulting

Client Testimonial: MAHLEA LUCKEY👑

“When I decided to start my preliminary journey, Mrs. Paula‘s name was brought up time and time again as the Best interview coach. From the moment I met her in our first session, I could tell that she truly loves what she does. She immediately became invested in me and my journey, has supported me, and prepared me beyond what I thought I was capable of. Being new to the Miss Arkansas Organization, Mrs. Paula eased my worries and helped navigate this entirely new world. After only a few long sessions, I could not have felt more prepared for my interview and on stage question. I’m forever greatful for not only the guidance she’s given me, but also the friendship and confidence she has shown me from the start. Because of Mrs. Paula, I have the amazing opportunity of going to compete at Miss Arkansas’ Teen in June 2027! Love you so big Mrs. Paula! I’m so grateful to have met you, and look forward to continuing our work together! ”

I sure am lucky🍀to have had a chance to get to know this precious girl! I am so proud, Congratulations! 🤗 by @totalpackageconsulting
