Couldnt stop with just a control room, a studio needs a live room. @shakesmac was on it. A leaking, drafty, horribly echoey garage was turned into a pretty awesome live room, complete with a workbench for instruments. by @towerfarmrecordingstudio

Last year I moved to a new house with no space that a studio could actually work out of. @shakesmac was over painting the bed rooms, heard that I was thinking of constructing a studio in the basement, and decided to take on the task. Walls, ceilings, floors, the room was constructed from a concrete box, into a sick control room for the studio. by @towerfarmrecordingstudio

No Allegiance - Die Where The Flowers Grow

Recorded early spring 2024. The band brought in some demos and riffs that became the foundation for the EP. A lot of the writing was done in the studio as a team with everyone contributing to the final result. Shout out roast beef sandwiches.

Rat In A Vice
Prisoner
Dead Cell

3 singles recorded in fall of 2023. Who knew a Papa Roach cover could sound so good in drop A. Very raw, stripped down recording. Very few edits, no drum samples, just a band playing hard and loud.

Medal Of Honor - Exhibit

Recorded here at Tower Farm in late 2023. Badass metalcore. Lots of the guitars were recorded in single takes, one left and one right for almost all the songs. Some overlays and punches here and there, but overall the takes were laid down in one from song to song.

Engineered, and mixed.

Anytime working with @hatestillburns is time well spent. Some of the vibes from tracking their EP “Underworld” from last year. Nothing but hot dogs and Red Bull powering these fucked up fuckers. Catch them causing mischief in a neighborhood near you 🤘🏻

@move_bhc Black Radical Love

Tracked between March and September 22, there is not a moment on this LP that has not been meticulously combed over by at least 2-3 people. I have endless love for the members of Move, and despite having a straight edge song, they party pretty hard. This record has a incredible message and I’m proud to be a part of it.

@hatestillburns DEMO

Recorded December 2022, Hate Still Burns is like if a 90s metalcore band went through a super hero like transformation due to high radiation exposure, or something like that. This band rocks hard and so does everyone in it, the demo was just the opening act, keep your eyes open for more things from these boys, they will not disappoint

Wisdom & War - Superior Design

Wisdom is a band that works hard to create an environment where no idea is off limits, and that’s very apparent when you listen to the songs we put together last spring. My love for this band cannot be understated. With their return to Tower Farm, they also brought @whatdoidowithmyhands back in as an additional producer to help bring their full vision to life. Couldn’t have been done without @unbeaten_records support. This record is a great example of everyone coming together with their best ideas and working together to create something special

Abrupt Decay - 2 Song Promo

This was recorded sometime in 2021, times are a little hazy because of the amount of beer required to drink when working with @abruptdecay_69. This band is the musical embodiment of Viking raids and meat off the bone. Very much hope to have another fever dream with them soon.

No Arbiter - You Can Only Hold It As It Holds You.

An absolutely decimating collection of death metal/deathcore riffs crammed into 20 minutes. Making music with these boys brings a lot of love and joy to me, very excited to see what’s next for this band. @04_contact was adamant about having a recording with no edits on the instruments and no samples on the drums, not always an easy feat but with a player like James it came together pretty easily. On their page is a collection of studio updates/docs made over the course of recording by @rare.filet and their first show is next month, be there. I think a few other bands who record here are gonna play…
