POSTS STORIES REELS

My mom just sent me a New York Post article and said, “This is concerning.” 😳

The headline? “Florida is now the hardest state to sell a home.”

And when the headline says “Florida is now the hardest state to sell a home,” I get it. If you own a home here, that gets your attention.

So naturally, I went straight to the local numbers. 👀

And here’s where it gets interesting…

🏢 Condos are driving much of the inventory increase in Palm Beach County.

🏡 Single-family homes in August:
→ $650K median sale price
→ 40 median days to contract

Does that mean everything is rosy? No.

But it also doesn’t mean every homeowner in Florida is suddenly struggling to sell.

Florida isn’t one market. Palm Beach County isn’t even one market. What’s happening can look very different depending on your neighborhood, price point, property type and condition.

That’s why I always want to look beyond the headline and get into the actual local data.

Headlines get attention. Local data tells the real story. 😉

Curious what the market actually looks like where you live? 🏡

Comment “MARKET” or DM me your neighborhood and I’ll send you a quick local market snapshot. 💥🏡

Thinking of buying a condo in Florida in 2025 🤔 if so, here’s a snapshot of what to know. 📖 make sure you get a Realtor that knows the in’s and out’s of the new condo regulations. 🤷🏻‍♀️ #condo #palmbeachrealestate #palmbeachrealtor #condoforsale #condoforsalepalmbeach #buyingacomdo by @traciecocoboss
