It felt surreal waking up in Glacier National Park on our nation’s 250th birthday. 🇺🇸🏔️
After hiking to Granite Park Chalet and spending the night surrounded by some of America’s most breathtaking wilderness, it felt right to continue the journey to Swiftcurrent Lookout this morning. This is the highest point in Glacier National Park that can be reached by trail.
Standing there, it’s impossible not to feel grateful for the people who had the foresight to protect places like this. Because of them we can still experience this wild beauty as it was intended in its original form.
Happy 250th Birthday, America. Here’s to preserving the places that remind us just how extraordinary this country truly is. ❤️🤍💙

Ainsley, you did it!!! 🎉🎉🎉

There were days I wondered if we'd ever make it to graduation. Between the tardies, missed assignments, absences, and those daily automated messages letting me know my student had missed periods 1 & 4 you definitely kept us on our toes! 😅

Through it all, you proved that determination, resilience, and a little stubbornness can go a long way. 👏👏👏

I won't miss those attendance calls from WHS, but I sure will miss you when you go to MSU! 😭 Always Know that we are proud of the young woman you've become. Watching you cross that stage reminded me that everyone has their own path and their own timeline.

Soooo Congratulations, Ainsley. We always believed in you...even when the grades weren't "put in yet" 🙄

We love you and can't wait to see what comes next. Go Bobcats! 😘 #grubbgirls #montanastatebound #highschoolgraduate #whitefish by @traciegrubb

My girls know I’ll never pass up a chance to see @ellalangleymusic and @morganwallen The music was great, the fans were wild, but my favorite part will always be sharing this experience with my favorite people. ❤️ So grateful for nights like these with my krewe. #countrymusic #stilltheproblemtour2026 #grubbgirls by @traciegrubb

As we officially close the book on May, the numbers are in—and they are telling a clear story. We are officially stepping into the summer season, which historically marks the busiest, most fast-paced stretch of the year for real estate.

In a market that moves this fast, guessing is a losing strategy. Knowing your local market statistics is the key to accurately forecasting your next move.

Whether you are a buyer trying to time the market, a seller looking to maximize equity, or an agent advising clients—data is the ultimate leverage to run your business effectively.
