A few weeks ago, some incoming freshman explored careers. Ours was business but with a twist. We started the conversation about how we show up in spaces that could potentially provide great opportunities. We then made Room Diffusers. They came out pretty cool! by @trae_escentials_co
Today we made room diffusers! Some students created a label and was able to brand their first product! #roomdiffusers #teens #NotJustCandles #handpoured #themethighschoolprovidence @methighschool #CommunitySchool #ExtendedDay #HighSchool #AfterSchool by @trae_escentials_co
It’s our 2nd of business! Although this year we focused on workshops for youth, we hope to bring more workshops to the community and of course make more candles! We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our supporters who continue to ask when they can buy a candle! Believe it or not we miss making candles and hope to be back up and running next year! We truly appreciate your patience!!! With that said, we are looking for an equitable space we can create and store and ultimately hold more workshops! Thank you again ♥️ by @trae_escentials_co
For the past 3.5 months, we had the pleasure of going back to The Met High School and do a 10wk workshop with 9th graders. They created their own logo, label, and picked their scent. They learned about candle care and the importance of trimming your wick! We hope to bring more workshops in 2024! by @trae_escentials_co
Proud moment! Our Mentee at The Met High School gave her pitch for her candle business! by @trae_escentials_co
Some of the final products! Each student created their own company name, logo, and labels! They also poured their candles! I’m so proud of them! As we continue to develop this program, keep a look out for more to come! 😉 #organic #candles #youthprogram #luxurycandles by @trae_escentials_co
