While others just talk about helping the community, we put our money where our mouth is...

💰 ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS 💰

✅ 254 six-figure awards given out
✅ 72 seven-figure awards distributed
✅ 2 eight-figure awards presented
✅ $8.8 MILLION paid to our team in payroll & benefits
✅ $3.3 MILLION invested in BLACK-OWNED businesses
✅ And in June we passed over 500 THOUSAND DOLLARS donated to Black non-profits.

We don’t just create wealth - WE SHARE WEALTH.

When we win, our community wins. When we grow, we make sure our people grow with us consistently. That’s what building real community wealth looks like.

While they running their mouths about helping the black community, we don’t just preach about community investment - we have the bank statements to prove it.

Our mindset isn’t “I can’t believe we paid them all that money” - it’s “I can’t believe we were BLESSED to be able to pay them all that money.”

That’s what REAL community building looks like.

Drop a 💪🏾 if you’re proud to be part of a movement that actually puts money back into our community! by @trafficsalesandprofit

At TSP, we’re reminded every day why we do what we do. Lamar asked our community what kind of impact TSP has made on their lives—and the responses left us speechless.

From finding a tribe that understands your journey, to building confidence in your business, to creating life-changing opportunities—these stories are proof of the power of community, collaboration, and a shared vision for success.

To everyone who shared their experience: thank you. You remind us why this work matters and how, together, we’re making an impact that goes beyond business. 💙 by @trafficsalesandprofit

Likes don't pay the bills. SALES pay the bills.

Two days at the TSP Private Client Experience, and the lesson was clear: big businesses that scale are not chaotic. Chaos just gets bigger and burns you out.

Good planning creates decisions, not just documents.
Quarterly goals keep your activity matched to your ambition.
Every yes uses capacity.
If your business doubled tomorrow, what do you need to already have in place?

Stop being a victim of the economy. Become the strategist. Make a plan, stick to the plan, and watch the trajectory change. by @trafficsalesandprofit

Your next offer might be sabotaging your revenue.

Not because it’s a bad offer.

Because you may be chasing variety when your business needs consistency.

Every CEO has core human needs that impact their money story.

For some, certainty is the driver. You want stability, clear numbers, and a plan you can trust.

For others, it’s variety. New ideas. New offers. New directions.

But here’s the problem:

Every time you pivot before the last strategy has time to work, you reset the momentum your team worked hard to build.

Your team is not confused because they can’t keep up.

They’re confused because the target keeps moving.

Busy is not a KPI. And neither is constantly creating something new.

Build the system. Measure the outcome. Give the strategy enough time to produce.

Then make a decision from data—not from discomfort.

Which need drives your business decisions most: certainty or variety?

WE READY!!!

A few years ago, I had the honor of introducing Keisha Lance Bottoms at one of our @TrafficSalesAndProfit events.

She walked out to “We Ready,” and the energy in the room was electric!

Fast forward to last night, and she made HISTORY!

The FIRST Black woman ever elected governor in the United States.

The FIRST woman elected governor in Georgia.

The FIRST Black person elected governor in Georgia.

Let that sink in. Three historic firsts in one election!

When we recorded this video, she hadn’t even announced a campaign for governor. Now we’re witnessing a moment that will be remembered for generations.

Congratulations to Governor-elect Keisha Lance Bottoms!

WE READY!!!

What if you just decide to dominate right now?

Most people check out the last two months of the year. Exhausted. Holidays coming. Brain already on the couch.

Guess what — that's not rest. That's quitting early and calling it a season.

Here's what nobody tells you:

The people who win next year aren't planning in January. They're planning NOW. While everybody else is coasting, they're building familiarity, trust, preference, and dominance in their market.

By the time you make your New Year's resolution, it's mid-January. You already lost six weeks.

You don't need a new year. You need a decision.

Finish strong. Then start ahead.

And if you're ready to stop talking about it and actually build the plan — TSP NIGHT SCHOOL IS HOLDING TODAY AT 6PM. Pull up in Atlanta or join us live on YouTube. No excuses, no replay mentality. Be in the room. by @trafficsalesandprofit

What activity brings in most of your clients? And how much time are you actually spending on it?

If speaking and showing up in the right rooms bring you business, your calendar needs to reflect that. Get help with the other tasks so you can spend more time doing what drives revenue.

Join us tomorrow, November 3, at 6 PM ET for TSP Night School. Come join us in Atlanta or tune in on YouTube. It’s FREE! by @trafficsalesandprofit

Your audience is already telling you what to sell.

The question is: are you listening?

Every question they ask.
Every objection they raise.
Every DM that says, “I need help with…”

That is market research.

You do not need to keep guessing what webinar title will work, what offer to launch, or what problem to solve.

Listen to the people already showing up.

They are the hero in the story.

Your job is to build the system, sharpen the offer, and help them get to the outcome they came for.

Busy is not a KPI.

And neither is creating content nobody asked for.

Set your offer correctly—and make it easier for the right people to say yes.

What is your audience consistently asking you for? ↓

Your audience does not need your perfect aesthetic.

They need your solution.

Somebody is going to sleep stressed, overwhelmed, and stuck in a problem you are equipped to solve.

But you’re holding back because you don’t like how you look on camera.
Because you think you need to lose 10 pounds first.
Because your feed isn’t polished enough.
Because you’re waiting for the perfect time.

How dare you make it about you.

Marketing is not about you. It’s about the person on the other side of the screen who needs what you know.

Show up.
Share the lesson.
Make the offer.
Let the people you’re called to serve find you.

Busy is not a KPI. And perfection is not a marketing strategy.

What would change if you posted to serve—not to be judged?
