My Fitness Journey has not been simple. But it has saved my life, for my entire life. Deciding to become a Personal Trainer, to help people step into a different realm with their bodies, and with their relationship to themselves was a simple. I have been through a lot with my body, and have come to this place after 25 years of training, where I feel confident with the most complicated clients.
It’s complicated because everybody needs something different and unique. Fitness looks so different for everybody. I can finally see my abs! I must say I have worked so hard for this.
I specialize in core strength and stability. I specialize in working with people with injuries or that really do not enjoy Fitness for the sake of Fitness. I have had injuries and C-sections and health issues. I have had times in my life where I have been healthy and unhealthy.
I’m posting this for two reasons one is if you are interested or scared to start your first step towards getting stronger or feeling less pain in your body, I would love to help you. The second reason is that I thank God every day, I have the choice to move my body and exercise. I do not feel well mentally or physically if I do not. Thank you to all of my amazing clients that have stuck with me over the years. I would love to talk to you if you’d like to message me! #fitnessforlife #bodypositive #fitover40 #fitnessforeverybody #movementismedicine by @train.with.amy
