One of the most beautiful, inspirational souls I have ever had the pleasure of working with!

Milly came to me in January 2024 wanting to lose weight and had shown nothing but discipline and determination, every single day, inside and outside of the gym.
She stuck to the plan even on her bad days and always showed up no matter what, since then she has lost 65kg!

Her results speak for themselves whether it’s her transformation pictures, her physical strength or her attitude towards life in general and how she handles the good and the bad life throws her way.
This is what happens when you don’t give up as soon as things get hard 🥹

Weight loss apart, she is one of the kindest people I have met and she genuinely never fails to make everyone around her laugh.

Thank you for trusting me as your PT and friend @millystokes02, I am so genuinely proud of every step you have took throughout this journey and lucky to have been a part of it 🤍

I say this over and over again, I am so lucky to work with such amazing girls who honestly motivate me to work harder, every single one of my clients has made such a huge impact on my career and personal life and I am forever grateful 🤍 by @training_byjh

London dump!! What a weekend 🥹♥️ by @training_byjh

Things I have learnt over my last 4 years as a mum trying to prioritise my training & working as a PT 🫧🤍👶🏽

You’re capable of juggling a lot more than you thought was possible 🤍

Showing up doesn’t have to be perfect, consistency means so much more and the rushed, tired sessions still count

Making time for yourself isn’t selfish, it will keep you sane and a much more present, patient person

You’re teaching that your body can do hard things and your mind is stronger than you know

Training is so important for your mental health, it’s so therapeutic and so important to care for yourself especially on the tough days 🫶🏼 by @training_byjh
