My Mother meant and still means everything to me. It is because of her guidance and love that I am here today. She was the most incredible Mother a son could ever ask for and I will continue to make her proud.

Thank you to @marksudol12 and the wonderful @news12ct team for highlighting who she was to me and this 7 thousand square foot facility. by @trainingwithlb

Facility update. This video is about a month old, so if I was 70% done here, I’m at 85% now 😉
I’ll drop another video in a week #7kOnTheWay

Destiny is no matter of chance. It is a matter of choice.
This was written. This was inevitable. This was meant to be.
I’m going to bring you an experience something like you’ve never felt or seen before. I hope you’re ready.

Mom, everything we talked about is happening.

Thank you to everybody who popped out for me 🙏🏿 by @trainingwithlb

Today marks 3 years since I opened the doors to my gym Limitless Fitness, the biggest private owned gym in Connecticut, and the best private owned gym in the world. I can honestly say this is one of my proudest accomplishments. 🙏🏿

What people see today is the result of countless hours of hard work, sacrifice, dedication, sleepless nights, and believing in a vision even when nobody else could see it. This journey has been far from easy, but every obstacle, every setback, and every long day has been worth it.

I put my heart and soul into building something bigger than just a gym. I wanted to create a place where people could come together, push past their limits, build confidence, and become the best versions of themselves.

To every single person who has ever walked through these doors, taken a class, supported my business, shared a post, or simply believed in me, THANK YOU. None of this would be possible without you. You all have played a part in making this dream a reality, and I’ll never take that for granted.

I’m extremely proud of how far we’ve come, but even more excited about where we’re going. by @trainingwithlb

This is what happens when you stick to the meal plan, say no to things you’ve always said yes to, and find that discipline. Link in bio for meal plans that are guaranteed to help you see results! Includes a grocery list with healthy proteins, carbs, and fats.
