The only way to finish off a TRUE Train-the-Trainer is by evaluating the individuals that are chosen to deliver the initiative. We take pride in this portion as we not only prepare these members with the tools they need to be successful, but also witness their progress in appreciating the transition.

During Day 3 of Dräger Air Boss Train the Trainer, we raise the bar and realism by putting strain on fine motor skills with some traditional props and scenarios. This is a major component to gauging their progress of the minor yet better changes with the new SCBA'S. We then finish off the day by practicing air conservation techniques following a brief journey into physical exhaustion so that they can appreciate the ease of breathability and ergonomics with the AirBoss.

ADVANCED CREW DYNAMICS in CHAOS. by @trainstreamline

The only way to operate effectively in the chaos is by mastering the basics. How fast can you mask? When's the last time you threw a ladder? What factors affect your throw?
Here's food for thought:

How long can a 7 year old little girl hold her breath for?
