Hello my name is Daniel Grice, I’m 20 years old and currently living in Brownsburg Indiana. About seven months ago I began my fitness journey. Before, I was active but very inconsistent and uneducated at 150lbs. Life had not gone as planned and I was looking for a career that I had a passion for but would also be able to change peoples lives, along with mine in the process. I am now on track to have four certifications in fitness in the next few months and I am excelling in my personal fitness goals as well. I am 170lbs and still striving for greatness! On this page i will be posting as frequently as possible to motivate and educate my fellow peers in the fitness world. My number one goal is to not only shape your body but to shape your mindset as well, the gym has taught me alot of commitment, discipline and focus that i find myself using inside and outside the gym and i would like to share that with you! I would like to thank everyone who has supported me this far and anyone who is supporting me now.πŸ–€#wedothework #iam1stphom #1stphormathletesearch #gymmotivation #DrGFitness πŸ“Έ: @t3visions WELCOME TO DRG FITNESS!πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ by @trainwithdrg
