Welcome to Train with S.I.A.H! For those who don’t know me, my name is Messiah Smith and I’m a certified personal trainer from Minneapolis, Minnesota! I’ve always enjoyed sports growing up but I was always the shortest and skinniest in most scenarios. I knew a little bit about fitness from some of the soccer workouts I did in high school, but I started to do calisthenics during quarantine and really enjoyed the results I was getting. It wasn’t until freshman year of college where I began resistance training consistently. Throughout the year, I saw slow but visible results and it kept me going. Along the way, I learned about the basics of nutrition, workout structure, form, and much more. Through this knowledge, I’m extremely excited and thrilled to help you reach your personal goals! If you or anyone you know is interested in improving their health and wellness, feel free to DM me and we can start the journey! by @trainwithsiah

If you’re new to the gym and want to lose your first 10 lbs, keep it simple:

1. Start walking more. Build toward 8–10k steps a day.
2. Strength train 3x a week.
3. Eat in a manageable calorie deficit and get enough protein. Consistency is key here. Save this if your getting started!! #health #fitness #weightloss #minneapolis by @trainwithsiah

peace out summer ‘26 #minneapolis #health #fitness #summer by @trainwithsiah

Main focus this year has been to be more active with steps and cardio, it’s paying off. Still got some ways to go #health #mpls #fit #fitness by @trainwithsiah

The common issue in getting steps I’ve heard is time. You have the time you just aren’t taking the effort to find the time in the day. Park far, wake up earlier, fit in 5-10 extra minutes of cardio on the treadmill. It all adds up. #health #steps #minneapolis by @trainwithsiah

Gonna start implementing these at least once a week! 🏃🏽🙏🏽 #run #hillsprint #minneapolis #hybrid #healthy by @trainwithsiah
