Here’s a tip for you to get your push ups deeper down to the ground!

Whether you’re starting on your knees or a full plank, grab a stack of books & get your arms stronger with this progressive way of push ups. By doing it this way, you have an indication of how much depth you are getting and how much your arms are bending. Combining these & incline push ups where you get full range of motion in your arms will help build your strength & confidence in trusting your arms to carry the load of your body to the ground & up.

Start with low reps - 3-5 reps
Build more strength - 6-8reps
Strength endurance 10-12 or more reps

Keep removing that top book from the stack to get deeper down to the ground.

It’s a long weekend in 🇦🇺
I hit record because the gym was quiet.
What I caught was everything I coach… showing up on my own back.

Because speed reveals power. Control reveals mastery.
Muscles doing exactly what they’re meant to do.

Not everyone wants this look. But I’ll never stop being amazed by what intentional training builds.

This is how I pull myself up.
This is how I pull my goals closer.

Strength shows up when you move with purpose 💪🏽

Most people are waiting for motivation.

But motivation usually comes after action — not before.

The strongest habit you can build isn’t intensity….
It’s showing up.

Train lighter.
Train shorter.
Just don’t disappear.

What’s one small action you can take today — even without motivation?

Results matter — but how you feel while getting there matters more.

Mind. Body. Confidence.

Grateful to work with women who trust the process and show up for themselves.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign — this is it.
Let’s train, together.

Spots open for 1:1 & online coaching. DM “TRAIN” to get started 💪🏽

🔊Sound on for context!

When women are told we can’t, the bravest thing we can do…

is show up and do it anyway.

You are what you repeat —
so repeat showing up, repeat being brave, repeat getting stronger 💪🏽

This isn’t about proving anyone wrong.
It’s about showing other women what’s possible.

Your turn 🫵🏽

No hacks.
No hype.

Work. Eat. Sleep. Train. Reset. Repeat.

Yesterday’s post said you are what you repeat.

This is me living it —
one ordinary day at a time.

What are you repeating this week? ⬇️

#trainwithwany #moveliftlive #lifequote #globalpt #womensstrength by @trainwithwany

They say you are what you eat.

You are what you repeat —
the meals, the movement, the thoughts, the standards.

That’s the real diet.

Your 2026 fitness goals don’t need a fresh start every Monday.

They need:

✅ A plan that fits your life

I work with women globally through online PT — building strength, consistency, and confidence without extremes or burnout.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start training with intention, DM me “BRV” and let’s map out your next step 💛
