"I transformed for them. Now it’s time to transform for me." 🤍 If you’re ready to start your own journey, comment BLACK FRIDAY and we’ll send you something that’s just for you 🎁 And honestly, after years of growing them, feeding them and doing everything with one on your hip, it’s not about your body anymore. Our community has always been a place where women come to feel strong, supported and safe. Right now, that matters more than ever. Violence and abuse affect far more women than most people realise, including people close to us and members of our own team. We won't look away from that, and we won't stay quiet. If this brings up something hard for you, please be gentle with yourself and reach out. 1800RESPECT is free, confidential and available 24/7 on 1800 737 732 or at 1800respect.org.au. 5 things nobody tells you about changing your life through fitness: 1. You can change your body and still have days where you don’t recognise the woman staring back at you. 2. The hardest part isn’t losing the weight. It’s learning how to love yourself when the weight comes back. 3. You don’t need to hate your body to want to change it. You can love yourself and still want more for yourself. 4. Some of your biggest breakthroughs will happen on the days you feel like giving up. 5. The woman you become along the way will be worth so much more than the number you started with. 4 years of ups, downs, setbacks and comebacks. This journey has changed so much more than my body. ❤ #fyp #fitnessjourney #strong #trending #transformation by @transformbyfitaz

One day, I hope we learn to see ourselves a little more like our children see us ❤️ Not the mum who hasn’t lost the baby weight, the one who’s tired, the one who doesn’t always get it right, or the one who picks herself apart in the mirror. Just Mum. Their safe place. Their favourite person. The one they look for in a room 😭 We’re so busy worrying about all the things we wish we could change about ourselves, while our little people are just looking at us thinking we’re everything. Maybe it’s time we gave ourselves a little of the love they give us so effortlessly 🥹❤️ #selflovejourney #transformbyfitaz #relateableposts #aussiemum #raisingtinyhumans by @transformbyfitaz
