At The Master’s University, Dr. Greg Gifford and every other member of the faculty are united in their love for Christ and their commitment to the sufficiency, authority, and inerrancy of Scripture. So what they teach compliments each other, not competes with it.

You need to know about @matthewrehrer and his new book, When Sleep Won’t Come. It was published by @newgrowthpress and is one of the best–maybe the best!–book on sleep that has theology and medical help. If you grab a copy, let me know in the comments below. You can find a review of the book on a recent Transformed episode.

Guys, it’s time to be alert to the threat of Eastern Orthodoxy, especially among our young brothers and sisters in Christ!

Be sure to see the Transformed podcast that dropped today on the false religion of Eastern Orthodoxy.

Just finished our time @anchoragegrace! Pastors Pete Johnson and Jeff Crotts invited me to come speak on mental health, marriage, and parenting. It was such a blast and the Johnson’s took Amber and I on some Alaskan adventures. If you’re in Anchorage (for a little or long period), please check out Anchorage Grace Church! We had such a killer time!

Thank you for your prayers for our trip in Japan—we are back! We will begin work on starting Transformed Tokyo, a biblical counseling center in Tokyo. Everyone we consulted with blessed off on the idea. It was such a fruitful time!

Here are some pictures of our time at Tokyo Baptist, Megumi Bible Church, and with friends and partners.

In no particular order:

1. Chin Yue with Amber and I is one of two ACBC counselors in Japan.

2. Maaya is a friend and former TMU student.

3. My son and his friend with our exchange students.

4. Pastor Takeshi and Miki with Amber and I. Takeshi is the Pastor of Tokyo Baptist.

5. Nobu Yoshi, who serves with me on the JBCA. He also translated for me.

6. Me speaking at Megumi Bible church.

7. Breakfast with Ray and Shelley Kwan. Ray is the Pastor of Megumi Bible Church.
