POSTS STORIES REELS

this world is so judgemental

so was i for a very long time

I was experienced but still naive

I knew and still know nothing

everyday we learn and grow to evolve

i get knocked off my center sometimes too &
it hurts
its heavy
but I always come back to Gratitude

for love and truth are high frequencies..

but Gratitude for everything ascends right along side them. I believe.

be grateful for your journey & struggles because life really is beautiful & YOU create that beauty. ☀️

Who is that girl?❤️‍🔥🌹

She is about balancing & honoring masculine & feminine within & without.✌️

@transmutingendo journey inspired & gave me permission to be me. To show up as who I really really am.🔥

It feels good showing up & celebrating yourself even if nobody else does - I highly recommend it.💯

Artistically, let’s talk advocating for Endo for a min…🌹❤️‍🔥

The #ValleyOfFire purified my heart & mind this year.
It made me understand when staring at the dark spots on the red rocks:
Maybe #Endo is as beautiful as these rocks? 🪨

Embracing both our light & dark? Maybe it is.
Maybe Endo just wanted to be admired not externally but interally… for us to realize you can’t have beauty without pain?

Maybe these rocks held ancient knowledge & power like our bodies. Just maybe.❤️‍🔥

This poem was written weeks before visiting this sacred spot & looking back it makes sense now.

You gotta see it to believe it.❤️‍🔥🌵

The art of listening closer.🤍

What does the internal and external say?
I know I have many questions.
While trusting myself and my timing.
I hope you are too.✨

Alot can change in one year.❤️‍🩹

Me last year?
Low key crashing tf out behind the scenes.. I truly was.

Have I processed it all fully?
Probably not but I reached a place of acceptance after the plot last year.

If you have Endometriosis - you know the struggle is real..
But also, I trust myself and struggle.
Do you trust yours? Through your pain?

Still advocating for myself but the second surgery?
Still up in the air. I dont see a point tbh.

Im more about acceptance than giving af about what is out of my control.✌️

Ill check back in soon w the updates but life is beautiful & Im choosing to live it. All while, this condition does whatever its going to do.. I remind it - Im going to do what I want too.🖕

Endo won't take the love in my heart. Ever.
Its not possible. I can promise that.

Do share if you feel called too..
What has endo tried to take from you on your journey?
Have you had an MRI - what were the next steps for you?
Drop a 💛 if you just get it but keep things private.
Either way - YOURE NOT ALONE.

Remember; the mind is powerful. Pain is the messenger.
Listen to both, without drowning out your heart.

Sending love to you on your journey, with or without a medical condition.✨️

Thanks for being here.❤️

Synchronicities are everywhere & reality is crafted by our tiny choices, collectively. Each left or right, right or wrong, make life beautiful even through the chaos. Especially through the chaos. Trust the universe, for it is you & you are it. ✨🐌🍂

Sometimes, the beauty isn't in the world, but in the lens we choose to see it through. 🌹

Real life stuff 🍃

Last week, I survived a decent car accident & I’m grateful to still be here.

This week, I’m choosing to move forward… with epiphany’s every hr on the hr such as:

Maybe life really is simple….
& about going with the flow…
like the wind blowing or a river flowing.

We can’t control the unknown but we can control how we show up when it arrives.

Truth is: I’m experiencing whiplash and a minor concussion from this accident & the pressure is real for myself but I also feel it for the collective. Deeply.

My intention turned into an epiphany yesterday w river therapy resulting in admitting to myself:

I don’t want to be the best. I only want to do my best & to do my best requires a lot in good time.

Life is too precious to not take as a gift, everyday.❤️‍🔥

❤️‍🔥 anger/rage is a powerful emotion & last night rage tapped on gratitude’s shoulder to remind it:

Rage is the fire of the heart before it learns what to do with its heat.

Unheld, rage can consume everything around it.
Witnessed, understood, and given direction, that same fire can become courage, art, boundaries, movement, creation.

The goal isn't always to extinguish the fire.

Sometimes it's to learn how to hold the flame without letting it burn you alive.❤️‍🔥

side note: I haven't spun fire in years & it helped pull me out of my anger & back into love & gratitude.❤️‍🔥
