Stop obsessing over your percentage of revenue from email, start creating repeatable, predictable, and scalable retention systems. An apparel brand came to us in April with lackluster email results and in 4 months we’ve been able to grow their revenue from email 189%, adding over $76,000 in net-new revenue by: ✅ Optimizing email content to be compelling and effective ✅ Implementing a new automation structure built with their customer and buying journey in mind ✅ Dialing in their domain-level deliverability to get premium email placement Need some help doing the same for your DTC brand? Click the link in my bio and book a time to get a free audit of your Klaviyo account before BFCM. by @transparent_anthony

Follow @transparent_anthony for more Hey if we haven’t met, my name is Anthony. I run Transparent Digital and help ecommerce brands turn email into a real profit engine by pulling the retention levers for their specific brand. This all started when I was CMO at an ecom brand that we grew to nearly $5M/year with a team of 6, running ads on every platform there is and figuring out, the hard way, scaling ads meant you got eaten alive by CAC and email was the one channel that actually moved profit on the P&L. Instead of selling you a course, my team and I go into your email account, fix the deliverability nobody can explain, rebuild your flows, and report on profit after our own fee, not just revenue. I’ve now been responsible for over $60 million in email/SMS revenue and still have clients who have been with us from the very beginning. Want to know if your emails are even landing in the inbox and moving the needle on the bottom line? Just comment “AUDIT” and I’ll personally do a free audit of your email account. by @transparent_anthony
Gems from the CEO of Skio on the @9operators pod. The most meaningful impact on subscription take-rate, time and time again, is free gifts. Low margin, high perceived value. If you’re already doing a free gift on orders $x or more, move it to a subscription-only gift and watch the delta on first order subscription take-rate. #subscription #ecom #ecommerce #ltv #retentionmarketing by @transparent_anthony

Most subscription brands send the same 5 emails on repeat. Sale. Product highlight. Review highlight. Blog push. Repeat. Then they wonder why subscribers churn and one-time buyers never convert. Here are 25 campaign types any $2M+ consumables brand should be testing, split by where the customer is: Pre-purchase builds enough trust that they buy, and ideally subscribe.
Post-purchase keeps them subscribed longer and raises what they spend per order. The post-purchase side is where most brands leave the most money on the table. Prepaid subscriptions, size upgrades, and subscriber-first restocks barely get touched. Save this for your next campaign calendar.
