Ma, november 2-án, és holnap, november 3-án, 19:00-tól, a Dance in TRANZIT kortárs táncszínházi sorozat keretében. ________ A powerful performance where the body exposes itself as a living archive of intimacy, violence, and resistance. 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗶𝗮 claims vulnerability as a political force and exposure as an aesthetic weapon. It rejects normativity, deconstructs and reconstructs masculinity, celebrates identity without asking for permission, and questions how queer identity is constructed and negotiated within the body. Today, November 2, and tomorrow, November 3, at 7:00 p.m., as part of the Dance in TRANZIT contemporary dance season. ________ 🎟️ Eventbook (link in bio) ________ Proiect cultural co-finanţat de Administraţia Fondului Cultural Naţional. 🎶 Mazel Tov Charity Concert – Klezmer Music! 🎶 Muzeon is pleased to invite you to a special festive event: the Season Finale Charity Concert, a moment marking the end of a chapter and the beginning of an exciting transition in the museum's life—moving into a larger space! On November 12, at Tranzit House, we will share how far we've come with the project and raise funds together to set up the new museum. The evening will be warmed up by our friends from Mazel Tov, the klezmer band that many Cluj locals already love. 📍 Location: The event will take place at @tranzithouse , whom we wholeheartedly thank for generously providing the space and for their support! 🎻 Mazel Tov Klezmer Band was founded in February 2002 under the auspices of the Jewish Community of Cluj-Napoca, on the initiative of violin teacher and conductor Vasile Socea, the ensemble aims to present the beauty and richness of Jewish music to the public. Their repertoire includes Sephardic songs in Ladino, as well as Israeli music in Hebrew, but the heart of their work remains klezmer music (lively, joyful, and characteristic of our region) alongside beloved Yiddish songs. With a constant presence at numerous multicultural and interethnic festivals, Mazel Tov will offer us an unforgettable show and musical experience! ✨ Celebrating together and building the future! This concert is the perfect opportunity to celebrate our journey so far and to support, through donations, the setup of our new space. Any contribution, big or small, brings us closer to the day we welcome you to the new museum. ⏳ Last weeks for the current exhibition! We remind you that our exhibition in its current form can only be visited until November 15. If you haven't had the chance to step through our doors yet or wish to revisit the current space one last time, we warmly welcome you in these final weeks! We come with good music, positive energy, and gratitude for our community. 📅 When: November 12, at 7:00 PM 🎟️ Entry is based on donations (recommended donation is 35 RON). by @tranzithouse
__________ Néhány pillanatkép a tegnap esti 𝗡𝗼.𝗼𝗡 című előadás premierjéről. Köszönjük mindenkinek a részvételt! Ma este 19:00 órától találkozunk ismét Claire Huber (FR) / Inflexions című előadásán, amely a Dance in TRANZIT programsorozat keretében lesz látható. __________ A few snapshots from last night’s premiere of 𝗡𝗼.𝗼𝗡 Thank you all for being there! We look forward to seeing you again tonight at 7:00 PM for Claire Huber (FR) / Inflexions, as part of Dance in TRANZIT, for another performance. A performance in which a body plays with the tension between the duality of NO and ON, refusal and flow, while eight microphones map out movement in an intimate exploration of what happens when the body says NO, when it rejects imposed rhythms and conformity to a common law. __________ 📷: Ioana Groza Pop __________ 🎟️ Eventbook.ro __________ Proiect cultural co-finanţat de Administraţia Fondului Cultural Naţional. The residency in Cluj has come to an end. It was an intense time of dialogue and exchange with the city and its people, their stories and their absence, measured by steps. Together with Oana Hodade @oanahodade , we searched for common threads in our practices, bringing the work of the wonderful Geta Bratescu into our conversation. Thank you Tranzit @tranzithouse and Reactor @reactor.cluj for sharing your wonderful spaces, and Polish Institute @institutulpolonez for its financial support. And also for all the conversations that encouraged our work: @claudiulorand @corinabucea @branistemiki see you soon! by @tranzithouse
