🌹as a trans person who's queer/bi with a deep love and respect for lesbianism and lesbian history, it feels so good to come into this space authentically and see other trans people confidently come in with their own unique and individual existences and expressions -- defining how queer truly looks, lives and breathes. sapphic spaces should ALWAYS include trans people and i love to SEE IT.

🎀 thank you for being in this space with me and experiencing joy alongside community:) It makes my heart so soft and happy seeing others not being policed or vouyered but, instead embraced and even admired. it's been a tough winter and i appreciate that this series exists monthly now for everyone to enjoy:)

Lillith, an orphan raised in a nunnery - falls in love with their best friend, Eve.
One night, Lillith sneaks out at night alone and is turned into a vampire. They run away, continuing to send Eve letters and having secret meetings with her but, Lillith gradually hears lesser and lesser from their sweet eve.

Lillith demands Eve chooses between her devotion to God or her devotion to love and the truth. Giving them 1 last night to be together before Lillith leaves forever.

Lillith is an original character rooted in a dark feminine aspect of my own sapphicsm, transsexuality as well as androgyny.

The vampire lilith was created to be a representation of dark feminity expressed through a creature with an inherently gender abundant experience!
In my everyday life, i would describe myself as androgynous or masculine of center.
I haven't started exploring what it means for me to express femininity as an andro/masc queer person until really 2 years ago when i started taking vogue femme dance classes.

It was beautiful exploring androgyny and dark feminine through this character. I just think vampires are such cool gender expansive glamorous characters !! (shout out IWTV and shout out lestat specifically for the inspo lol)

Like,, Think about it, right? When you're practically immortal, how long can gender and gender roles really matter to you? Vampires, I would argue, are always inherently gender non-conforming because of their history in media and literature. AND also because, when you're alive forever - you just,,, stop givin a fuck about gender lmao

it was so fun and cool writing a little script for my character and to be able to play and just have fun with the fantasy of it all. Getting in touch with this side myself intimately has been beautiful.:)
