🎃 WE SAID BRING A PUMPKIN… 😂 And you certainly didn’t disappoint! Halloween Empty The Tank was something else! 👻 A fully booked session, some brilliant costumes, plenty of pumpkins, trick-or-treat surprises and 90 minutes of partner workout chaos! There was hard work, a lot of laughter and probably a few questionable balloon choices along the way. 😂 But that’s what makes TREAD special…. We work hard, we encourage each other and we have plenty of fun doing it. A massive THANK YOU to everyone who got involved and made the morning such a brilliant one. And if you’re watching this thinking you’d love to be part of something like this, why not come and experience TREAD for yourself? 🎁 Your first regular class is FREE! 📍 TREAD Fitness, Dartford DM us FREE and we’ll help you get started. 💪🏼 MOST RESILIENT — CAROLINE! 💪🏼 A huge congratulations to Caroline, who takes this month’s Most Resilient award! Caroline continues to push herself in every session, embracing the challenges and giving it her all, even when things get tough! 💥 But what makes this even more special is the example she’s setting for her daughter. Showing her that strength, determination and resilience are built by showing up, working hard and never giving up! 👊🏼 A fantastic role model and a very well-deserved award! @crnlock #TREADDartford #MostResilient #TREADCommunity #MemberSpotlight #StrongRoleModel by @treaddartford
🌟 MOST IMPROVED — MARION! 🌟 A huge congratulations to Marion, who takes this month’s Most Improved award! By consistently showing up for her two sessions every week, Marion is proving that you don’t need to train every day to see progress! 🔥 It’s about commitment, consistency and making every session count — and Marion is doing exactly that! Consistency is key, and the results speak for themselves! Keep up the fantastic work, Marion! 👏🏼 #TREADDartford #MostImproved #TREADCommunity #MemberSpotlight Consistency by @treaddartford
👑 THE COMMITTED CROWN HAS A NEW OWNER — GINA! 👑 A huge congratulations to Gina, who has claimed this month’s Most Committed crown! 🔥👏🏼 Showing up, putting in the work and proving that consistency really does pay off! Your commitment hasn’t gone unnoticed, Gina — thoroughly deserved! Enjoy wearing that crown… but for how long? 👀👑 Who’s coming for it next month? 🔥 @gina_crabb16 #TREADDartford #MostCommitted #CommittedCrown #TREADCommunity #MemberSpotlight by @treaddartford
🎉 ONE YEAR OF TREAD! 🩷🩵 365 days ago, I opened the doors to TREAD, not knowing quite what the next 12 months would bring. And what a year it’s been! Has it been easy? Absolutely not. Have there been long days, early mornings, challenges and moments of exhaustion? Definitely! But would I change it? Not for a second. Because somewhere along the way, TREAD has become so much more than just a place to work out. It’s become a community. 😊 A place where people encourage each other, challenge themselves, build confidence, celebrate achievements and keep coming back for more. One of the things I love most is watching people progress. Seeing someone achieve something they once thought was impossible, lift a little heavier, run a little further, jump on a box or simply walk through the door with more confidence. Those moments make all the hard work worthwhile. To every single person who has walked through our doors over the last year, whether you’re still training with us or have been part of the journey along the way, THANK YOU. Thank you for believing in TREAD, supporting my dream and helping create something I’m incredibly proud of. To our amazing members, you really are the heart of TREAD. 🩷🩵 Here’s to year TWO, more progress, more challenges, more laughter and plenty more memories! We train different. We TREAD different. 💪🏼 🎂 Don’t forget, we’re celebrating together on Saturday 7 November, 8am–12pm! Everyone is welcome to join us. #TREADDartford #TREADTurnsOne #DartfordFitness #DartfordGym FitnessCommunity by @treaddartford

PROGRESS LOOKS DIFFERENT FOR EVERYONE. Not everyone walks through our doors with the same goals. For some, it’s about getting stronger. 💪🏼 For others, it’s improving fitness, building confidence or simply finding a routine they can stick to. And sometimes the biggest achievement is doing something you never thought you could. At TREAD, we celebrate ALL of it. Because your progress doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s. 🏃 BUILDING THE ENGINE FOR WORLDS! Strength is one thing, but being able to keep moving when your legs are tired and your lungs are screaming is a completely different challenge! 😂🔥 Running, rowing, intervals and plenty of conditioning have all been part of the preparation. The aim? Better pacing, quicker recovery and being able to keep pushing when it matters. Still improvements to make, but we’re getting closer! 31 days until we put it all to the test! 🌍💪🏼 #ATHX #ATHXWorlds #EnduranceTraining #HybridTraining #RoadToWorlds by @treaddartford
You might join for the workouts… but it’s the people who keep you coming back. At TREAD, it’s about more than just getting fitter and stronger. It’s the encouragement when things get tough. Whether you’re returning to fitness or looking for something different, there’s a place for you here. No egos. No expectations to keep up with anyone else. Just real people working towards their own goals, together. 💪🏼 📍 TREAD Fitness, Dartford Curious about joining us? Your first class is FREE! 🔗 Book via the link in our bio and use code FREE.
