Learning to sail ⛵️ @clearlakeyachtclub_ sailing school by @trendcatcher13

SUP 101 Lakes & the Crooked Shack will not be reopening for the 2026 season at Crooked Lake Beach. 💙

What started 14 years ago as a summer dream turned into so much more than I ever imagined — paddle board lessons, SUP yoga, sunset paddles, beach events, fundraisers, parties, friendships, and countless memories on the water.

With rising expenses and shorter summer seasons, it’s time to hang up the paddle for this chapter. Thank you to everyone who supported SUP 101 Lakes over the years — rented a board, attended an event, shared a post, or simply spent time at the beach. You made this journey incredibly special.

This isn’t goodbye forever. I hope to transition SUP 101 Lakes into more of a paddle board club with occasional meet-ups and events, so keep following along.

Thank you for paddling the lakes with me!

Please wear a leash,
Kelly Renee Bailey
