Teaching the finer details of a race - transitions! by @tri_camps

Tough session with @jaymeeong Endurance athletes often focus on volume, but strength and plyometric training are just as important. Strength work builds durability, improves movement efficiency, and helps athletes maintain good form when fatigue sets in. Plyometrics train the body to produce and absorb force quickly, which improves running economy, power, and resilience. 10 gold stars for strength training! by @tri_camps

Women’s health in endurance sport a conversation that is very on trend and important at the moment.

Huge thanks to Sophie for educating our athletes at our first TriCamp.

Because this isn’t just for women.
Everyone has a mum, sister, partner, daughter or teammate.

The more we understand the female body, the better we support women to train, perform and thrive.

Knowledge changes the game. by @tri_camps
