First DEKA STRONG in the books! 💪🏾🔥

We came in as first-timers, but we left with a medal, a memory, and a whole lot of respect for the sport. The grind, the pain, the laughs, and the teamwork made it all worth it.

Big shoutout to my brother Tyler for going to war with me. 🤝🏾 We pushed each other through every station and left everything out there.

Dino Bros made some noise. 🦖💨

First one down. Definitely not the last.

THUNDERDOME RECAP🔥🤟🏾 Got to meet some very dope people and see some of my favorite DJs! by @trinikartel_

Where to start with this one…… @taylorsummersdpt is not only one of the smartest people I know when it comes to fitness and recovery but she is also one of the most genuine humans there are in this world. She gives without hesitation or thought. She has become one of my closest friends and I value you that very much.

2 years ago she helped me recover from my back surgery which was one of the longest and hardest things I’ve done in my life. The amount of knowledge she has when it comes to the human body is incredible.

@optimal.movementstl is hands down the best place you can go for any type of recovery. They are experts in physical therapy, personal training, cold plunge, red light sauna, stretching, and so much more that comes with recovery.

For our patients that are struggling with injuries or need help with overall recovery, or just need an assessment of where they are and want a fitness journey plan for themselves. Taylor and her team are the place to go! They will be in our welcome packets at Ladue and Des Peres.

Check out this little day of recovery we had at @optimal.movementstl .

That water was cold!!!
