I always knew I was bigger than my friends in high school, but it didn’t bother me. I didn’t know I was “overweight” until my GP pointed it out to me at 18. When I look back on all these photos and memories - I was genuinely always happy, laughing, and living my life, at every single size. It’s not the body I’m in today that’s made me happy. It’s the people around me. In the past ten years, I’ve lost weight through fad diets, starving myself, believing there was a magic pill or waist trainer. I’ve lost weight through heartbreak and trauma. I’ve gained weight through travel and experiences. I went through all these chapters and finally came out where I am now. I am mentored by Tyler with my lifting and supported by Leah with my nutrition, but most importantly, I am uplifted through my connections and core groups, and disciplined by my routine and mindset. I will constantly keep learning, fine tuning everything I know, diet, but most importantly continue to turn up everyday for myself & surround myself with a crew that support and challenge me to be the best version, of me. This journey isn’t linear, and it will continue to have many ups and downs, my main focus will be to ensure I’m equipped mentally and physically to deal with it through all stages. 🌱☀️💪🏽 by @trinz_06
In love of THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER, Please enjoy a reel of my favourite snaps & favourite people from weekend ❤️ Today was BLISS, the weekend was BLISS. My heart, cup and soul is overflowing ❤️🌻 It’s unreal to think, 5.5 years ago I moved to Melbourne solo I knew no one then, & over the weekend I had roughly 50 people show up to celebrate this era with me, and I couldn’t be more privileged to have so many wonderful beings in my life. I had everyone from high school friends, contiki pals from wild travels together in 2019, to gym crew, my best friend who simply came into my life because she asked me to get coffee one day, housemates, housemates friends and their friends, partners of pals, and a few girls who bonded of plant based food in the sunshine on a retreat who surprised me on the night - to the people who flew in from interstate, or booked a night in the city to come out for a Wilde one - thank you 🙏 My heart is freakin full and I’m still on a high 🌻 Here’s to 3️⃣0️⃣🍾🪩 by @trinz_06
This day can live rent free in my head forever 27 white lights - 9/9 day 380kg total (+15kg) +5kg added to all lifts Special shoutout to Mel for being my content queen 📸 Competing with your friends is unreal, but NGL, having them on the volunteer crew slaps too! Thank you Selina, Michael, Ash & Brooke plus many more! 6th comp with Tyler, we’ve come from saying you’ll never see me on the platform to ok here’s my rubber arm, pull it and I’ll be there 😂 Need I say more, I ❤️ powerlifting !! by @trinz_06
A moment to reflect that I loaded 140 for my third attempt at @aplpowerlifting nationals what the actual helllllyyyy ONE HUNDRED & 40!! • • • I didn’t make the lift, but honestly, it doesn’t matter. I’m just in awe that I finally found my groove with this lift. I’m no longer over analysing if I hit depth or not, or afraid of jumps, or attempting numbers I haven’t done before. Ps. Lions three-peated the grand final 🦁 & I am signing off from my back-to-back three-peat comp preps to hit offseason with more motivation than ever⚡️ by @trinz_06
Imagine only just surviving your comp prep to break your two front 🦷 5 days out by @trinz_06

Gah, not another powerlifting post… Nah in all seriousness, I’m on a mission to find my inner dog; keep practicing the a skill of backing myself and remembering to laugh along the way #powerlifting by @trinz_06
I wouldn’t be able to look back at those videos and reflect that I wasn’t just recording a lift— I was writing a important chapter in my book that one day would motivate me to keep pushing forward ❤️ by @trinz_06
This comp was different for many reasons I was asked to join the team within the hour of APL states wrapping up after competing a 9/9 day which still lives rent free in my head. To say yes, I needed to change federations, ditch the deadlift bar, change my bench set up, find an IPF approved belt, and drop 4.5kg, all in six weeks. In this time, I had two dental surgeries, a loved family member was diagnosed with cancer, and let’s not even touch on talking about my sister & sweet niece. When I had stress coming from every angle, it would have been easy to say no, but it just made me hungrier. I had @michaelrakic_ in my corner backing me up every step of the way, I put all my trust into @natty_strength_coach and made sure my body was met with nutritional food to prioritise recovery and performance whilst being met with restrictions and discipline to be sure my weight tracked down. My daily chats with @melissajrobb & @casey_hornby kept me accountable; I found community in @zerow_se_melbourne & had frequent communication to align schedules and share wins (& losses) with @melissajrobb & @thedous__ which kept training fun and never a chore. Arguably, looking at total only, this wasn’t my “best performance”, there were missed lifts, however I was the calmest and most confident I’ve ever been on the platform. For other reasons, it was definitely up there with one of my best days. The whole weekend was a blast, I’m always in awe of watching Dous compete, and Mel pulled a fxcking 220 deadlift (which is white lights in our hearts) & we all got to hang out together and celebrate after. I’ve always loved going to watch @tsfteamchamps every year, but being chosen to partake and be on team @apex_powerlifting with @natty_strength_coach as head coach has been an absolute pleasure 🫶 Now it’s time to increase my calories back up, chill with training for a few weeks & then bring the deadlift bar & my much loved @plant.forged belt back out for APL nationals. What happens after that, will be a 2027 decision. 🤝 by @trinz_06
