Years of notes on my phone and now I’m holding my own book. 🥹📖💕

Little reminders I wrote for myself through motherhood, hard seasons and learning to believe in myself have become something I can share with you.

Holding 365 Affirmations for Moms & Women Building a Better Life feels surreal, My words, My name, Something I created and yes, that smile says it all. 🥰

It’s available on Amazon in paperback and ebook, with a matching notebook if you’d like to pair your daily affirmations with a space for your own thoughts and dreams.

Find them through the link in my bio.

This became possible because I invested in myself and a digital marketing course that teaches 8 ways to make money online. It helped me see possibilities for ideas I’d kept tucked away for years and gave me the tools to finally bring this one to life.

Between working full-time and being a mom, I made room for a dream of my own. I’m so excited to finally share it. 💜

Curious about the course that helped me get started? Comment INFO and I’ll share the details. by @trishbarriage

If you’re new here hi, i’m Trish 👋🏼

I’m a 40 year old Canadian mom of 2 girls, an architectural designer by day, a part-time college professor, and someone who has spent way too long putting everyone else first

I’ve battled disordered eating, perimenopause, a mental health rock bottom, and the kind of loneliness that sneaks up on you even when your life looks full from the outside

But I found my way back to my health, to my purpose, and to a business that actually changed our financial story

This page is where I share all of it, the real stuff
The wellness wins, the mom moments, the “i’m building something” energy

If any of that resonates you’re in the right place🤍

Swipe through to get to know me, then drop a 👋🏼 below and tell me one thing about yourself!

Six months ago I was sitting in a house that didn’t feel like home anymore, bills piling up, a marriage that had become unbearable, and the heaviest guilt a mom can carry the feeling that I was failing my kids.

Everyone had opinions. “Just leave.” “Why do you stay?” “I don’t understand you.”

And honestly?

I didn’t have the energy to explain it because when you’re in survival mode, you don’t owe anyone an explanation for how you’re surviving

What I needed wasn’t someone to tell me what to do

I needed to find something that was mine

So I started small.

I started showing up for myself in tiny ways my health, my mindset, my mornings before the chaos started. I found people who got it. I found joy I had forgotten existed.
The hard days still come. The bills, the tension, the exhaustion,it doesn’t all disappear.

But I don’t white-knuckle through anymore

I have something to look forward to

I have me back

If you’re in the middle of your hard season right now and nobody seems to understand why you’re still standing where you are I see you

You don’t have to explain yourself to anyone

You just have to find your one thing that keeps you going

Mine changed everything 💛

Drop a 🤍 in the comments if you needed to hear this today.

A little behind the scenes of what I’ve been working on lately.

If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be creating and selling my own digital products, I probably would have laughed but here we are

Between my full-time job, family life, volunteering, and everything else that fills my days, I’ve been spending a lot of my spare time learning new skills and creating something of my own & honestly, it’s been exciting to see these ideas turn into actual products.

My latest project has been an entire collection of Christmas printables.

Because as a mom, I know just how much planning goes into making the holidays happen.

I wanted to create something practical that other moms could actually use, whether that’s keeping track of their Christmas budget, organizing holiday baking, or planning family traditions and there’s something pretty special about knowing I created these from scratch.

I’m still learning, still building, and definitely still figuring things out as I go.

But I’m really proud of what I’ve been creating and if you’ve been supporting me, sharing my posts, or checking out my products, thank you. It really does mean a lot.

Have you ever thought about creating something of your own but didn’t know where to start? by @trishbarriage

I told my friend about you, will always make my day.

Every tag, shared post, recommendation and thoughtful review means so much when you’re putting your heart into building something alongside a full-time job and mom life.

You take a minute out of your day to support what I’m doing, and I promise I notice.

To the clients who pass my name along and the friends cheering me on before I’ve even asked thank you. You’ve probably made me smile at my phone more times than you know. ❤️ by @trishbarriage

The Christmas magic doesn’t just magically happen

There’s usually a mom behind the scenes running on coffee, a never-ending to-do list, and approximately 47 tabs open in her brain and don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Christmas.

But between working full-time, family life, and everything else going on, sometimes the holiday planning feels like another job.

Which is exactly why I created my Christmas printable collection because I’d really love to spend more time enjoying the holidays and less time trying to remember everything I need to do.

My Ultimate Christmas Workbook Bundle is currently $39.99 CAD until November 5, and you can find it through the link in my bio.

But first, I need to know are you the Christmas magic maker in your house too? by @trishbarriage

I can design an entire kitchen, but apparently deciding what to cook in it is beyond my qualifications & if one more person says “whatever you want” followed by “not that,” the kitchen is officially closed.

What’s for dinner at your house?

Cause I’m accepting ideas or invitations 😂🙈 by @trishbarriage

November just started, but December will be here before we know it and if you’re anything like me, you always think you have more time than you actually do.

Then suddenly you’re shopping, baking, wrapping, planning family activities, and wondering how Christmas got here so quickly.

This year, I’m trying to get ahead of the chaos.

These are 7 things worth organizing NOW so December can feel a little less overwhelming & if you’re someone who loves a good printable planner, I’ve created an entire Christmas collection to help with exactly this!

The full bundle is on launch special for $39.99 CAD until November 5.

Save this checklist for later, and tell me what’s the ONE Christmas task you always leave until the last minute? by @trishbarriage

IT’S OFFICIALLY HERE!!

Okay, so if you’ve been following along lately, you know I’ve been busy creating all kinds of digital products behind the scenes & today I’m so excited to finally share my Christmas collection!

Because as much as I LOVE Christmas, can we all agree that making the holidays magical for everyone can be a full-time job on its own?!

Between working, family life, shopping, budgeting, baking, hosting, and trying to squeeze in all the Christmas traditions… it’s A LOT.

So I created something to make it a little easier.

My Ultimate Christmas Workbook Bundle includes SIX printable resources to help you organize the holidays without feeling like you’re constantly forgetting something.

Plus to celebrate the launch, I’m offering the entire bundle for just $39.99 CAD from November 1–5!

After that, it’ll be $49.99.

Everything is digital, so you can download it and start using it right away.

You can also grab the workbooks individually if you don’t need the whole collection.

Comment CHRISTMAS and I’ll send you the link, or head to the link in my bio!

Now tell me are you already planning Christmas, or are you pretending December is still months away? by @trishbarriage

This time last year, I was so broken down and depressed that I honestly thought things would never get better.

However I kept showing up, smiling, taking care of everyone else & putting my own needs last, even when I needed support more than anything

Fast forward a year, and I can see how far I’ve come.

I crawled my way through that darkness, Slowly, Messily, & Some days barely getting through, but somehow still moving forward

That season also showed me who truly cared. The people who looked past my smile. Who checked in beyond “How are you?” and stayed long enough to hear the real answer. Who noticed that just because I was still doing everything didn’t mean I was okay.

I’m grateful for those people and I’m learning that I deserve the same care I’ve always been so willing to give everyone else, I am also learning who was only around for what they could get from me and the minute I put myself first they disappeared.

I wish I could hug the version of me from last year and tell her, “You won’t always feel this way.”

Today, I’m proud of her for making it here. by @trishbarriage

Christmas is coming, and I wanted more breathing room in our budget.

That’s one of the reasons I invested in CDN. Between my full-time job, family life and everything else, I wanted to learn how to create additional income in the time I actually have.

Since starting, I’ve built five additional income sources alongside my full-time job. It took learning, trying things and putting those lessons into action but it started with deciding to invest in myself.

CDN is a beginner-friendly course that teaches Canadians about 11 ways to earn online, including creating content for brands, Amazon KDP, print on demand and more. It also includes mentorship and a Canadian community, so you have somewhere to ask questions as you learn.

You don’t need a big following to get started, and there are options that don’t require showing your face.

With the holidays approaching, these skills could help you work toward extra money for gifts, groceries or a little breathing room. Buying the course alone won’t create income your results depend on the time, effort and action you put into it.

And right now, CDN is $60 off for the Halloween sale!

If you’ve been curious about what I’m doing and how you could get started too, comment LEARN and I’ll send you the course and sale details. Let’s find an option that fits your life. by @trishbarriage
