I will argue until my death that your community determines more of your success than your brilliant ideas.

So many women walk around with endless potential but surround themselves with people who make them small. Intentionally or not.

Take my husband, the person who makes or breaks your life. For 6 years we didn’t see eye to eye like God designed us to. We were 50/50, never 100/100. His anger paralyzed me, our home felt unpredictable, and I went into protection mode.

I suffocated my kids, career, and friends because I didn’t have the rock I needed at home, so I became the rock for everyone else. Successful with lots of friends? Yes. But empty.

Before things changed, they caught fire. He asked for a divorce. He was angrier than ever. I felt caged. I saw the life we could have but couldn’t figure out how to get there.

Then Andy told me: “Stop taking God’s lessons away from people.” Aka stop solving all of Matt’s problems.

So I stepped out of the roles I accidentally took on, like being his mother, therapist, doctor, and advisor, and I became just his wife. His biggest cheerleader. I still ride his ass to keep getting better, and he does the same to me. We respect each other, so we actually hear it and ACT.

When I got out of Matt’s way, he became the man God created him to be. When he got out of mine, I became the woman God wanted me to be.

I restructured my friendships too. A month ago I got a recording of “sisters” talking mad shit about my ambition and who I am as a mom. It broke my heart, but it opened the door to friends who support me LOUDLY.

Here’s my point: the potential to be healthy, build a successful company, and be a good wife and mom was ALWAYS in me. But the standards I allowed in my community kept me from trusting I could hold the vision. The moment that shifted, my capacity tripled.

If you’re chasing a new life, the ugly truth is you can’t keep the old habits and relationships that hold you back. If you want to raise the standard, you have to try something you’ve never done. And you have to be ALL in. by @tristapourier

Your business success is dictated off three things. Don’t miss them. by @tristapourier

Most women are trying to build elite businesses using strategies designed for constant output, constant pressure, and constant performance.

Female physiology was never designed for constant. It was designed for precision, rhythm, expansion, and deep intuitive leadership.

When your hormones, nervous system, metabolism, and nutrient status are supported, everything changes. Your energy stabilizes. Your clarity sharpens. Your capacity expands. Your ability to lead, create, and scale becomes sustainable and powerful.

This is the work I do with women inside my private mentorship. We use functional lab testing, personalized strategy, and high level wellness optimization to help you build success that supports your body and your next level life.

Women who understand their biology do not just perform better. They lead differently. They grow differently. They build legacies differently.

If you are ready to elevate your health, leadership, and capacity in a way that is fully aligned with how you are designed to thrive, message me the word EXPAND or apply through the link in my bio. by @tristapourier

Your business might be a 10/10 right now. But what are your marriage, your health, and your personal life rating? 👀

We’re so quick to measure success by revenue, growth, and what we’re building that we forget to look at what’s happening in the rest of our lives.

Take a minute and honestly rate yourself from 1–10 in these four areas:

Business. Marriage. Health. Personal.

Where are you thriving? Where are you running on empty? What keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list because something else always feels more urgent?

This isn’t about being a 10/10 in every category every single day. It’s about being honest enough to recognize where your attention is needed before the things you’ve been neglecting start costing you.

Because you can build a wildly successful business and still feel disconnected from the life you’re building it for.

✨ SAVE THIS, do the rating yourself, and identify one area you’re ready to start showing up for differently.

You don’t have to sacrifice one part of your life to be successful in another. You just have to be intentional about what you’re building and who you’re becoming in the process. 🐆✨

One thing I want my daughter to take away from watching me become a mother is that she never has to stop showing up for herself. 🤎

Moms, hear this: you are allowed to have goals outside of motherhood. You can prioritize your health, invest in your marriage, build a business, and make time for the things that make you feel like YOU.

You don’t have to put every part of yourself on hold just because you became a mom.

You can be a great mother and still be a woman with goals, ambition, and a life of her own.

And if you’re ready to stop running on empty and start becoming the woman you know you’re capable of being, comment “BALANCE” below.

I’ll send you the link to book a discovery call so we can talk about how to regulate your nervous system, create more balance, and build success without sacrificing yourself in the process. ✨

You can run a company all day, babe. But your marriage isn’t another business to manage. 🔥

Your husband doesn’t need another strategy session. He needs the woman who still gives him that look across the room. Who kisses him like she means it. Who remembers that being his wife is about more than sharing a calendar and dividing responsibilities.

You don’t need to stop being a badass CEO. You need to stop letting her take up so much space that there’s no room left for the woman he fell in love with.

Close the laptop. Put down the mental load. Go flirt with your husband. Make him feel wanted. Let yourself be wanted, too.

You built the business. Don’t let it become the third person in your marriage.

Your ambition is sexy. So is a woman who knows how to clock out and reconnect with her man.

Go be his wife, not his COO. 🥂

The woman who BUILT your business is not the same woman who will SCALE it. ✨

Building required you to hustle, figure it out as you went, wear every hat, and prove you could make it work.

But scaling? That requires a different version of you.

The woman who scales knows when to delegate. She stops making herself the bottleneck. She builds systems instead of relying on sheer willpower. She makes decisions from where she’s going, not just where she is.

And most importantly, she stops confusing doing MORE with growing MORE.

You cannot build the next level of your business with the same habits, beliefs, and expectations that got you here.

Let the woman who built it be proud of what she created. Then let the woman who scales it lead differently.

💎 SAVE THIS. 💎 Come back to it when you feel yourself slipping into old patterns, and ask yourself: Am I operating as the woman who built this business, or the woman who’s ready to take it to the next level?

Being a powerful woman in business doesn’t mean bringing the weight of your business home with you. 💎

You spend all day making decisions, solving problems, leading people, and carrying responsibility. But when you walk through your front door, you deserve to be present for the life you’ve worked so hard to build.

Your family doesn’t need the version of you that’s still answering emails in her head. Your business doesn’t need access to every hour of your day.

The emails can wait. The to-do list will be there tomorrow. Not every problem needs to follow you home.

**You can be a driven CEO and still know when to clock out. You can build a successful business without letting it consume every part of your life.**

Your nervous system needs that separation. Your family deserves your presence. And you deserve a life that feels just as good outside of work as it looks on paper.

Close the laptop. Put the phone down. Walk through that door and let yourself be home.

Save this for the days you need the reminder, and send it to a mom and CEO who needs permission to clock out. 💪🏼

Stop calling it discipline when your body is running on empty. 🚩

Skipping meals to stay productive. Training through exhaustion. Working until midnight. Living on caffeine and ignoring every signal your body sends you.

You can be incredibly driven and still be completely disconnected from what your body needs.

**You don’t need to push harder. You need to learn how to lead yourself without running yourself into the ground.

Your capacity matters, too.

Save this as your reminder that pushing harder isn’t always the answer. 💎🔥

One thing I am genuinely so proud of is my perspective on life. It’s something people are constantly questioning and sometimes even confused by. When life gets hard, people try to screw us over, business gets difficult, marriage is challenging, or motherhood stretches me beyond what I thought I could handle, it is incredibly hard to shake me.

And I know exactly why.

I have spent a large portion of my life being beaten down. Verbally, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have walked through darkness that could have completely destroyed me, but on the other side of every single season, I have watched this beautiful woman continue to bloom. Not because life became easier, but because I learned who was walking through it with me. Jesus.

I don’t fear the darkness the way I used to. I welcome the chaos, the uncomfortable seasons, and the moments that require more faith than I think I have. Because I KNOW what Jesus is capable of building on the other side. I’ve watched Him do it over and over again.

And here’s what I wish more women understood. So many of you are waiting until life feels safe to bet on yourself. Until the business makes sense, the kids are older, the money is there, or the circumstances are perfect. But faith was never about having certainty in your circumstances. It was about having certainty in WHO holds them.

At some point, you have to ask yourself, if you’re unwilling to bet on the woman God created you to be, are you truly trusting Him with what He’s calling you toward?

I don’t need life to go according to my plans to know that God is good. I’ve seen what He can grow in the darkest places, and I refuse to stop blooming. by @tristapourier

Your story matters.

But it doesn’t get to decide what happens next. 🔥🐆

There’s a difference between understanding why you’re stuck and continuing to use it as the reason you stay there.

At some point, you have to stop asking, “Why am I like this?”

And start asking, “What am I going to do about it?”

You don’t need more permission to stay where you are.

You need the courage to take responsibility for where you go next.

That’s where everything changes. 🤍
