She didn’t abandon her first career she outgrew it. Rere Troutijce (trouitjce ) moved from commanding stages in Indonesia’s music scene to navigating boardrooms in Dubai, carrying the same confidence, discipline, and instinct that once defined her as an artist. What makes her story compelling isn’t just the shift, but how she translated creativity into structure, strategy, and leadership in industries that rarely welcome unconventional paths. From mining consultancy to building a beauty brand rooted in empowerment, her journey reveals what happens when you stop limiting your identity to one role and start building something bigger. 💫 🚀 [career reinvention, Dubai business, women leadership, entrepreneurship, mining consultancy, beauty industry, personal branding] #uaestoriesofficial #uaestories #RereTroutijce #careerreinvention #womenleaders Click on the link in bio to read full story. by @trouitjce
