🥊FOCUS OF THE WEEK: FINISH THE ROUND. The last 30 seconds count just as much as the first 30. When you’re tired, your arms are heavy, and your brain is telling you to coast, that’s when we finish. Keep your hands up, stay sharp, and work all the way to the bell.🔔#FinishTheRound #BetterTogether #TITLEBoxingClub #PushThrough by @troytbc
